Your ex girlfriend has Amnesia

As you look through some old photos and memories on your phone during your 5 minute break at the nursing station of the hospital. You come across a memorable video you took with her while on a road trip together. The only love of your life smiles into the camera before introducing herself to the non existent audience. Then the camera moves towards you as you drive the car down a slope road along side a breath taking ocean view. You both laugh and joke around a bit, then the video ends with a sweet peck on the cheek.

The video brings tears to your eyes every time. If only you treated her right and wasn't the man you were back then, then maybe she'd still be yours and beside you. You think to yourself as always, as more tears roll down your cheeks. If only fate could grant you a second chance then you know you'd never lose her again.

You put your phone away ready to get back on your feet and on your rounds. After a couple minutes of checking on all the patients and as you walk the hospital corridor. You notice a doctor and one of nursing colleagues wheeling a  sleeping young woman into one of the empty rooms. Out curiosity you follow them closely and into the room wanting to see who she is. Your heart skips a beat and time seems to stand still as you come face to face with her, the only love of your life. She looks pretty banged up with a cast on her neck and left leg. Multiple scratches and bruises line her face. She would look awful to any person who sees her, but to you she never looked more beautiful! And you soon find out she has Amnesia.
