Luxerion: A dystopian cyberpunk, corrupted and controlled

  Once a country with lots of potential, but now its a shell of its past, damped with corruption. Its still retained some of its advancements, for example, if your walking in its street you would see some flying cars passing by, which are owned by the rich. It was an amazing country with many tall mega buildings owned my mega corporations, but after the rise of very powerful gangs, the country was lost as the corporations were broken down, and in their place rose the different gangs. The main two being and Yakuza and Arasaka.

 Whole of Luxerion was a mess, Fighting on streets and law enforcers being nearly wiped out. Very advanced weapons and prosthetics were sold and easily obtained by anyone, before things can get out of hand both the Yakuza and Arasaka made came up with way to control the situation, something that changed Luxerion and brought things back in control. They agreed and made one of the biggest sexual contest, in which everyone in Luxerion was enrolled. But if your in it you were monitored, thus if your would commit a crime or did something  that opposed the interest of ruling gangs you would be dealt with immediately, through heavily arm guards that shoot before they ask.

  After several years, things started to look better, there were killings and thief on daily basis, but the country wasn't in war. Gangs would often fight among them selves but it was nothing that armed guard couldn't deal with. The cyberpunk dystopian country of Luxerion was also filled with corruption, killing , gang wars but all was under control.
 Though the addition of the sexual contest did help a lot, as took minds of people out of using weapon and making high caliber weapons to making other things.

the contest was called the Arena, everyone in Luxerion had some sort of electronic pads or their holographic devices sent to them by Arasaka, in it anyone could find anyone's place at all time. First you would choose you opposition, male would have female, and the other way around, once you have chosen someone, you can agree to meet at any place, or one can simply surprise the other. 
 
 Once they meet, they can start their sexual confrontation right away. It lasts till one of them either gives up, or he of she is unable to continue. The winner gets the points and leaves, The points were set to random, as each day a target with 8 points would change to 2 points, and someone with 2 on her head can change the next day to 50 points, in the end, the top ten would have a high price awards. With that people starts to make high sexual drive drugs than killing weapons, and install titanium spine modified to delever rock solid hip thrusts, some even changed their balls to have big four balls, which had the ability to make their cum in shape small balls, once it gets in the woman's body it would burst leading the woman to feel immense pleasure thus have multiply forced orgasms. 

 With The arena competition gaining more attention, things were getting heated up, as many where targeting sexy women, and gangs would use that as an excuse to get rid of other gangs. The more things change in Luxerion, the more it stayed the same.

 One last chance: A small time criminal gets a big shot of robbing a van that's filled with high quality material, things like rare paintings. Once he was done and happy, a detective reaches where he is living. She is there to take him in. Unable to find a way out of his predicament, he issues a challenge to he using Arena, underestimating him she agrees if he it to win, he will walk away free, but if he losses he will go to jail. After they had agreed to meet in an empty housing building the next day, he goes to be fitted with newest balls and spin, swearing that he would wreck her body sexually.

 A high value target: She came here on a mission, it was simple, just to take some information and get out of there. To keep her self hidden she joins in the arena. Arasaka and Yakuza notices her strange behavior and suddenly her points rises without changing at all, and with her sexy hot body, she starts to get hunted by many. Even when she loses, her points doesn't resets, as the hunt for her continue while she is trying to escape the cities and hide into the small towns and suburbs of Luxerion. Though even there she isn't safe, a hunter finally catches up to her, and he is planning to dominate her with his newly modified body.
