   Below is a Template for base characters. Unless approved by Staff, all characters must start at a "weaker" state if they are taking the roles of superpower-beings; or Mutants. Normal characters, droids, heroes, villains, and much more can be created via the template form below, and is recommended you stick with something reasonable and nothing ludicrous.
