  1. //Hope that goes well for you// Toshiro's heart pounded as innocent eyes looked up into his fiery orbs. He should disengage, remove himself from the poor girl and readjust his act as a gentleman. Just as he was about to do just that a sudden urge befell the man and with yet another shake of the vehicle, he found his lips pressed against Kari's. Who in God's name is driving this thing?! Lips clasped softly and just the briefest of moments felt like an eternity. Toshiro wanted to move away, apologize for making a fool of himself but that urge forced him to otherwise stay. But just as he started to move away the feeling of wanting had just as quickly returned, and before Kari could utter any other words he had already kissed her again. This second kiss was softer and more gentle, nothing rough or rushed now that Toshiro was slightly invested..
  2. Toshiro felt his heart hitch a beat when fingers had touched his. Kari spoke about sushi and how she didn't have it very often if at all save for special occasions. The man felt that he didn't have sushi often either... Which is something he's been meaning to fix for a while. His thoughts were in a jumble as despite opposing fingers barely touching his hand, he felt a great pressure on his own digits. The red eyed man moved his hand to lightly grasp Kari's, a tough, hard hand softly clasping a delicate one. His jaw clenched and released with every second passing by and when he couldn't take enough, Toshiro begun to get up to grab another water. That was until there was a slight jostle of the limousine which caused him to lose his footing. Trying to regain balance, he'd try to force his core forward but found that to be a mistake, falling forward toward Kari instead of the intent of simply trying to balance himself. He ended up going lower than intended and could only place his hands on either side of the poor girl, two faces mere inches from one another. //Apologies for the wait and such a short response. I've literally been trying to put this reply in but Ecchi keeps eating it like an obese child at a Chinese buffet. I would add more to it, but allergies and sleep deprivation eone over.//
  3. Do not let your emotions betray you. Focus, be alert but not shaken, be wary that there are Humans around. The vampire's presence was all consuming but so was the alpha's, two entities that were the apex of their respective species forced to hide amongst the ordinary world. In Pine Heath, they had freedoms they had nowhere else, Montana was mostly rural and conquered by nature but somehow the Blackthorn Coven and Midnight Wolfpack had found themselves surrounded by Man. Austin was more than aware to abide by the laws of the natural world, he was of the natural world long ago now caged in the supernatural realm of monsters and demons. Now he was stuck in the mall with that thing following, stalking like he was prey and taking it's time. How Austin wished to go a full week without running into those putrid corpses. Ignoring the creature for the most part, the man entered bookstore that was riddled with the smell of incense. All around were odds and ends, little fog fountains, crystal balls, lava lamps, books about the mythical world and thereof. It was... Odd that the Alpha chose this place, most would venture to the bright and modern stores of technology and tools but he was in the complete opposite. Instead Austin chose a store with dim lighting, Enigma softly playing in the background, and surrounded by both relics and random modern day items. There was even a little evil looking dragon sculpture grasping around a dead tree, a plasma ball that was currently on, and Halloween styled trinkets on some racks. There was comfort here for Austin, he felt at ease and was thankful there wasn't a single soul in the shop save for a bored looking cashier. With company in tow, he would need to make this meeting quick. "Belladonna." Austin approached and announced in a low tone. The pale girl looked up, dressed in all black clothing with Capri shorts that had stylized tears in them, black boots with purple laces, a sleeveless Slipknot T-shirt, and her hair dyed black with purple streaks. Her blue eyes scanned the man before her and said in a monotonous tone, "Was wondering if you'd show up today. How's my mom?" "Better. The transition was difficult, blood was a lot harder to turn in the recent decade. But she's healing," Austin's reply was deep but quiet, "You have my order?" The girl rolled her eyes and walked around the counter, opening up the half-waist door and disappeared through another entrance behind the curtain of black, purple, blue and orange beads. The Alpha sighed, beginning to look around at the trinkets and strange objects seeing one of the little fog fountains. Being about two feet in radius it was a timber wolf sitting at the edge of a pond, the actual pond being carved out with real water, and at the back was a tall rock face with the fog acting as the waterfall. He looked down to see three boxes remaining and decided to grab one for an additional purchase. The sound of beads being shuffled and parting made Austin tear his attention back toward the employee who'd just set several heavy boxes on the counter with ease. Now approaching the counter, Austin pulled his wallet out as the girl scanned and placed the extra box onto the polished wood. It was ever a wonder why he ever bothered with going to public places, it was much easier to order everything online and have it delivered to a post office or a nearby pack member's house. Instead he opted to immerse himself in society as to not be and feel estranged or detached from reality.
  4. I can actually get back to being active somewhat. Worked a lot of overtime over the last couple of months. Will have replies here soon.
  5. "Ba weep grana, weep ninibon-" Kup, was that you? Atsuno stopped what he was doing and turned his head toward the feminine voice. His eyes were either deceiving him, Akuma was yet again testing his wits, he was dead or... The obviously stacked woman standing before Atsuno was very much real. The woman continued to speak in a soft tone that sounded like beautiful, sultry music to the orange haired man, so much so that he almost missed the finer detail such as the dress. Despite his royal horniness' desires, he wasn't a fool when it came to detail, and obviously something seemed unnatural almost about the woman. The lady in question only seemed to have the dress on her persons, which when one looked at it, the fabric seemed almost translucent in a way that they couldn't quote see through it. It was unnatural, and Akuma warned Atsuno of an odd energy this woman and in case she could see him, the entity attached to Atsuno kept itself hidden. Unfortunately Atsuno could feel his pants getting a little tighter, but now focusing on the woman he had but few options with one bring so obvious. Time to answer question with a question and get away from that topic. Clearing his throat, Atsuno replied, "Yeah... Mu... I'm assuming you're from around Hawaii... Why are you out here with barely anything on? You know the temperature can drop pretty low around here, right?" Atsuno was trying to veer away from the topic of his "spiritual" guest. It was blasphemous in both the magical and monstrous worlds, possessions weren't all that common to begin with. Most monsters would utilize their powers for physical and mental manipulation, that much he gathered, but why it was such a cardinal sin was unbeknownst to the man. He figured the two went hand in hand, but when it came to the demonic aspect of things a lot of monsters strayed further than originally thought. Which made studying the both at once a real pain in the ass. Beyond that, Akuma was ready to empower his host almost immediately but Atsuno on the other hand wanted him to hold back. If this chick were a monster or demon, they would have attacked without hesitation with the latter species being more intelligent and hindering the man, for obvious reasons. Either to kill him, enslave him, extract Akuma... Or for another reason which he wouldn't elaborate on. With those in mind Atsuno was waiting for a response before he could properly assess this new situation.
  6. Something was unnatural about this storm, Auvinux felt this in the depths of his form. The inner wolf had its hair raised, cautious, aware that they were being stalked by a predator. Instincts told him to be aware and ready for predators and get here he stood gauging the situation calmly. Paranoia would get him nowhere and yet a slight barely noticeable shift changed of the man, his muscles pulsated as of ready for an attack, an unwelcomed ambush and his senses were heightened. And yet Austin stood undeterred as if fear and dread itself hasn't even affected his will. It was no secret of the man who was chained to a destiny he did not want, becoming the Alpha of the Midnight Wolfpack feared amongst the varying organizations that have crossed him. As he strode toward the mall Austin could feel rain droplet pelt his form but he made no move to hasten his waltz, instead what he felt was an unnatural torrent was instead treated with welcomed grace. He loved rain, storms, rivers and wind, so it was also a habit that Austin stood outside on some days and nights in the middle of a downpour. But those days were far and between and to him it felt like said moments didn't come often enough, but with the current weather brewing... It would seem like a good night at the boathouse. Continuing his stride towards the quad doors Austin could feel a pinch in the back of his neck causing him to gaze toward a black, polished vehicle. There was something his wolf had bared its fangs, something that it had growled at, unnatural and... Unfortunately familiar. While he couldn't place the individual in the vehicle, Austin had a few ideas as to who could rile up his wolf the way they did. It couldn't have been vampiric let alone undead, they wouldn't possibly have the gall to step into the daylight, albeit now the storm was collecting in size so that was still a card on the table. Huffing in amusement, the Alpha entered through the glass doors of the mall passing into the threshold of various smells between food, candy, books, and other scents that were wide and vast. If they were going to track him then they will need to follow into this domain. With luck on his side there weren't a lot of customers this day. Thank Spirits. If things escalated then that meant less collateral... But he had hoped there wouldn't be any issues.
  7. Copy that. It was going to transition to into the shopping center anyhow, so we'll select that first option. I wish you luck on your move, not an easy task at all, but take your time with posting, club ain't going nowhere.
  8. Will be getting my replies soon. Busy busy couple of weeks, we're kinda in overtime rn so my focus has been on work (drains my muse)
  9. "You know, Toshiro, I never thought you had it in you. That girl you picked up sure is a cutie patootie!" Atsuno said over the semi-loud whirring of the mini chainsaw cutting through a decently thick, fallen branch. The spikey haired man turned his head as he had just now finished up, scrutiny painted on his face, "Yeah, I did. And what of it?" Atsuno tossed the cut up branches into the makeshift fire pit and with a grin he said, "Didn't think you had the balls. I mean, shit, for a minute there I thought you were-" "Were what, exactly?" Toshiro crossed his arms and was now giving Atsuno a stern look. The orange haired man stopped and stared for a brief second, remembering that his spiky haired buddy didn't like people assuming certain things about him. Sexuality was included in that short list. Why it was such a sensitive subject with Toshiro, Atsuno never know, but with the already short temper the former has had today the latter would rather not find out. Readjusting what he was about to say, Atsuno merely threw another hefty branch in the pit, one side of him wanted to advert away from the subject but the other side wanted to egg it on. Atsuno opened his mouth with a smirk, "Aaaassssexuuaaaallll...?" "He means homosexual, you flamboyant fuck!" Iskibi shouts from his tent with a sharp grin. Sighing and turning away, Toshiro walked over to the vehicle and was starting to grab something out. And unfortunately Teru had to pipe in as well, "Awww shucks, Iskibi! He went back to get a tampon!" "Yeah, way to chime in, kind of a lame statement there. Hey, remember that one time with the Tampax pad?" Iskibi retorted. Immediately Atsuno begun leaving the arguing and jabbing group, headed through the woods for more wood... And to relieve himself. Being couped up in a vehicle for several hours was torture for him, he was more of an adventuring type and being confined to a tight space was no bueno. This was the perfect opportunity to actually stretch his legs and be alone for a moment, the midday sun was beaming through the leaves above and the weather oh so wonderful. It was warm but not humid, thank God, and with any luck there'll be no rain tonight either which meant booze, s'mores, grilling, and music. The orange haired man parked himself in front of a tree, well away from the rest of the group just enough for isolation for a bit. He begun doing his business and suddenly he seemed to perk up. At first it was a head gesture, then a full conversation could be heard from him at a low volume, just enough to barely make out what he was saying. It sounded like he was... Arguing? Zipping up his pants did Atsuno finally turn and point an accusatory finger upward as if someone was there. In the physical realm there truly wasn't however in the spiritual, there certainly was. He would say, "-and don't get me started on the damn testosterone intake! I told you, I can only take in so much, that shit's not good for my body!" And Atsuno fell silent before talking again, supposedly cutting someone off, "I don't give a shit of you like the cookie dough flavor! My hearts gonna explo- Oh, oh! So just because you can heal me means that you can also ravage my body too?! It's still my body! Yeah, okay, whatever, don't another host, give it a week and you'll come crawling back!"
  10. The truck crawled up to the speed it was supposed to, seventy miles per hour was the speed limit but why not bush a little part that? Austin sped up to just seventy five, no more and no less. Reaching up to that particular speed did he go around two cars, one a minivan and the other a Sheriff's Deputy Mustang. Despite going over the speed limit the lawman didn't pull Austin over, as a matter of fact they would slow down and turn to an off ramp leaving the minivan alone. And another short few minutes later Austin took the off ramp and in the distance the Oak Parks Mall, a place he usually resents because of how busy and claustrophobic it can be. Looking in the rearview mirror to see if anyone was behind him, Austin took noticed of a black car that was not too far from him. At first he thought nothing of it, but then he felt a knot in his gut, uncomfortable and making his mood unsettled as is. At first he threw it away as paranoia given the uneasy "truce" that the Midnight Pack had with the Blackthorne Coven, with what every so often a vampire dying here and a werewolf dying there including certain members of both sides trespassing on either territory, Austin wasn't one to take chances anymore. But ignoring this feeling wasn't an option any longer, as the Alpha slowing to a stop sign his senses grew stronger. Once he came to complete stop at a sign Austin closed his eyes and breathed. He wasn't quite used to going to such a massive and heavily populated area, especially alone, going onto main street was easy enough but this was a different ball game. Easing himself once more he began to think happy thoughts. Throughout the years Austin had always compiled a list of errands to complete starting with the more important chores and working his way down. At least what he deemed as more important. The children were a good start, taking them hunting and teaching them how to camp was certainly top of the list, from there Austin would need to make sure the Gamma was properly planting the appropriate herbs and spices and not anything useless or dangerous; Spirits forbid they actually do that. Next on the list was meeting with the Pine Heath Sheriff's Office to plan out certain hunting times for the Wolfpack with the law enforcement, given that the latter owns the Half Moon Reserve, they were still prone to having a member or two stray outside of the territory and further into the woods. Why they needed the department involved was so they can bring public awareness of the dangers of hiking far from campsites and the city itself and also to help make safety concerns aware, in reality it was a way so that hunters didn't just start firing at werewolves- While usually it was a problem, it was still an occurrence that happened a good few times in the past few decades. And coming up this late summer, the little ones of the Midnight would get to go to a church camp in the Ozarks. How that would work is that since the children weren't able to transform yet (If they could at all), two of the Human parents of the pack alongside a pastor- who the pack had good relations with- can take them on the road trip which would allow the adults to commit unholy acts of lust. Four times a year, the pack goes into a heat with the Spring and Summer times only lasting a week, whilst the Fall and Winter lasting anywhere from a couple weeks to a while month and usually back-to-back. But that was in a few months, so he didn't have to worry about such things. Finally after two more turns, Austin entered the covered parking lot near the mall, stopping his vehicle and turning it off after finding a decent spot. Sighing he stepped out of the vehicle and closed the door, slipping on a Texas Longhorns ball cap. Compared to the large truck he was massive in height, donning a plain black T-shirt and jeans with work boots. He had a bushy silver beard with a bald head, the only thing sticking out aside from the man's massive frame were the various tribal tattoos that littered his arms and neck. The Alpha used the key fob to lock the truck and proceeded forward toward the massive shopping center...
  11. I'll get replies in between the morning and Monday night. Focused on work rn
  12. And in the rural forest near the city of Yokohama... The road on the way to the nearest forested campsite was vacant this cool late-afternoon. Usually this back road had the occasional car or two passing through, however now it was only a single SUV that drove down it. Windows down and music blaring, the vehicle made its way down the pavement at a moderate speed. As the SUV approached an intersection it would turn right and continue further until making another turn onto a gravel path. The way down the winding gravel was surrounded by so many trees and wildlife, leading well away from civilization and up a valley. "-And when she waaakes up and maaakes up her mi-yai-ind! She'll say I'm not so tough, just because, I'm in love with an uptown girl-" Singing from a quartet could be heard from the SUV, driving uphill and around various curves. The four young men had been traveling for hours on a trip to do one simple, one very important thing. Camping. Like any man with a desire to get out into nature, these goon squad of four were no different in that each of them finally had either graduated or had a chance to get a break from work. They would get the chance to let loose from all the struggles of the city life, an escape to the wilderness that may or may not become as one put it, an absolute drag. Upon reaching a clearing that was miles away from any town and city, a place surrounded by trees and thick brush, the SUV was parked off to the side and the truck door opened up. The men hopped out, one after another age begun to pull out ice chests and bags, already setting up camp as if familiar with this particular spot. Of the four was an orange haired fellow, perhaps not as tall as everyone else, but he was getting to work with setting up rocks in a rather large circle. Two were currently choosing spots for tents while the last was unloading gear out of duffle bags. Atsuno had just recently graduated from highschool alongside one of his friends, Teru. Iskibi and Toshiro had already found jobs a long time ago, with the former finding himself as an accountant and the latter a bodyguard for the Ivory Thorns, a modeling company that was kick started four years ago and has found prosperity in the United States, Japan, South Korea, and England. While he didn't know if he would follow in his other friend's footsteps, the orange eyed man was certainly looking around for a job other than his own father's business. The thought of getting into fighting like boxing or MMA sounded decent enough, he had the body she strength for it so maybe that was his angle... Or, or, he thought about becoming either a homesteader or even a porn actor... Shit, maybe owning his own restaurant? Upon finishing the outline of the fire pit, Atsuno moved to start gather sticks and branches, nothing small. He'd say moving toward the SUV, "Yo, Toshiro, you bring that tool box?" One of the other men, a spikey haired and red eyed fellow, answered back while setting up a two person tent, "Yyyeeeahhh... Yeah I think I did. You have to check though, we kinda did leave in a rush." Upon looking into the vehicle Atsuno immediately saw the large black and orange case beneath some wrapped up blankets. He moved them aside and pulled the heavy tool box down, clicking it open and pulled out a little hand chainsaw. He clicked a battery into the tool and powered it on, reving the little machine on to see if it did work and when the bladed chain rotated, he gave a nod. Today was going to be adventurous.
  13. I don't see why not.
  14. Note: I'll be updating this character as I go. So if it seems sparse in info please forgive me. Name: Atsuno Gear Race: Human/Possessed Age: 18 Alias: Gender: Male Hair: Orange Eyes: Orange, however when using magic to enhance himself, Atsuno's eyes change to a glowing lighting orange. When using his abilities abilities, his eyes with change to a glowing purple. When transformed, Atsuno becomes Appearance: Much like any strapping young man, Atsuno Gear stands at 5'7" with a muscular, athletic physique he's built up from his time in highschool thanks to sports and lifting weights. While he has no noticable tattoos on his body, one could make out a faint symbol on the left side of his neck, too obscure that it can easily be mistaken for a birthmark. However when his powers become active, Atsuno's marking will lightly glow with an outline. Aside from this, his body is littered with what looks like scars from fighting... When in fact they're simply from helping his father in the contracting. Typically he wears just about anything under the sun, shorts and pants with primarily button up shirts. Atsuno's transformation finds himself becoming a demonic monster, over 7 feet tall with fangs and claws. His physical powers threefold, with his main attributes becoming speed and strength, he can summon "dark" lightning and launch energy projectiles. This form is simply known as "Skull," primarily being bone white with purple muscle/flesh. Short Bio: Atsuno Gear was born in Japan, having his Korean-Japanese mother Hana Na-rae and his American father, Nathan Gear. He grew up a hectic child, more hyperactive and unpredictable and what helped his focus and high energy was working with his father. Nathan did mostly construction and house flipping as part of a freelance contractor company, he was well known and brought in plenty of business while Hana was a surgeon. Despite his life under a strict household, Atsuno nevertheless became a bit of a rebel between getting in trouble with the law, sneaking out at night, going to raves and thereof. As a way to get him out of the house more, Nathan decided to take Atsuno to a dig site where a new hotel was being built as a sort of "father-son" trip. This would be the day everything got flipped on its head. The young teenager snuck out while his father was a asleep so he could go explore the site. But suddenly he felt a shift and instead of randomly waking and climbing about, Atsuno felt a sudden pull deeper and deeper into the pit. Once he got to the center of it, he noticed an odd miniature statue glowing softly, rusted and covered in moss. And like a little curious idiot he touched it without hesitation, the object exploded and knocked the boy back, the energy that escaped rushed into his very body. Atsuno, with no evidence of what just happened, not wanting to get in any trouble, and suddenly feeling like a million bucks decided to sneak back into bed. Only that after him and his father left the next day, he'd hear a voice in his head for the rest of his life. He became an attraction for monsters, at first struggling against them on the way from school, but the voice would guide Atsuno and teach him how to unlock his newfound abilities. He could companions and friends in a group of other kids just like him namely Toshiro, Kyouka, and Iskibi. From then on Atsuno continued his "vigilante" work against monsters, unaware of the larger magical world that surrounded him.

  15. "Well, most men should," Toshiro replied just now realizing he was a tad too close to Kari, less than a foot apart, "It's not like you're going around decking guys. I'm... Kinda surprised no one's asked you out." Clearing his throat and averting his gaze to his water bottle, Toshiro could feel the cabin they were in getting a bit warm. He looked over to the dials for the A/C and lo-and-behold the vents certainly were set to blowing cold air. He felt his face was a little flush too, which in his eyes didn't seem like a good sign of keeping composure. He supposed it was the fact that... Could Toshiro like Kari? It was ever a wonder, Teru always said that his older brother could be gay because he never seemed to like girls. That was a lie. It wasn't that Toshiro didn't like women, it was more he was extremely particular. He couldn't ask Kyouka out because- Well- She was practically his sister in a way. Sure there were other girls that actually like the guy, but the feeling wasn't mutual. "Unagi. I prefer Unagi over most types of sushi. I mean I guess I like the California Roll too, but that's more an American thing. You have a particular favorite?"
