I tend to prefer a heavy focus on nonconsensual elements, often preferably in a situation that might be considered the worst case scenario. A typical kidnapping (dull and less preferred than other ideas). A female prisoner of war is taken captive and either interrogated or simply kept as a passing amusement. A peasant girl is taken captive by either medieval soldiers or ruthless bandits. A spoiled young woman who becomes the victim of a modern day (or historical) pirate raid. An aristocratic woman taken captive by highwaymen in the 1800s and brutally initiated into their gang. An undercover officer threatens to expose a drug trafficking ring only to have her cover blown and find herself a permanent resident of an inner city brothel run by a crime family. An interstellar bounty hunter has her ship overtaken by a rival crew and becomes their slave, often tossed into the holding cells containing her most recent captures, alien scum who attempt to breed her repeatedly with varying success. Just some simple but adaptable ideas.
