Warning

When Hellhound spotted Zorn, she smirked in pride at the prey she caught. This hunting experience she had was from all the times she had to come up to the surface to hunt for herself since nobody else would do it for her. And the few humans who sometimes spotted her and saw her as a monster or something to kill. Or at least try. Even when she was willing to leave them be. She was not sure if she herself had put on a good show for him but the meat was there for them, now. Her belly still screamed for that food she just had caught and Zorn told her that she can eat first since she had caught the food. Not like she really needed permission anyway. Standing up and preparing herself to slice and tear, Hellhound grabbed a piece for herself and held it above herself, relaxing her stance with her legs slightly spread. She had won and this was her reward. A spark from her hand holding the piece started a fire around the meat for a bit before she extinguished it, leaving the meat emanating a cooked scent. It's something she had seen humans do before, for some reasons. At first, she also thought 'Why do humans burn their prey when they catch them?' but the taste of meat touched by fire was on a different level. Something a demon probably would not know about as they weren't this close to humans. In fact, with the idea of surprising Zorn or at least stupidly trying to show off her forbidden knowledge, she came closer afterward and handed a piece of her meat to him. She was curious to see his reaction but as she could not wait furthermore, she started eating her own piece, tearing at it with her fangs. Finally, she was getting some sustenance and it was worth the time she had waited. With the amount of meat they had, they could both easily feed until they were filled. Afterwards, Hellhound probably would play along a bit with what Zorn would have in mind. All in the objective of meeting with these stronger and threatening humans to fight them.

Alright... Soooo yeah, I will probably change everything I've written in that post. Got lot of work ahead of me. I might however not touch my intro post as it doesn't really depict any ideas or opinions regarding the magical girl world. As far as I'm aware. It's only her encounter with a magic item destined to fall into her hands, basically.

So... We live in basically in a superhero world where magical girls are known entities? Because if so, I miiight still need to edit something to reflect that. I wrote the post under the assumption that she did not really know anyone there, like... them being strangers to her. Which would be weird (Including her becoming a magical girl herself) if so since she WOULD at the very least guess what gang she just joined. And she would not be sure how to deal with it. Unlike "Hey, I just became magical and I have NO idea why and what it means for me." Story wise, this would be a massive plot hole that would not start very well for Mitsuko if I left it at that, knowing the reality being different. Might be weird.

A little before... A few days after her first transformation and her small argument with her mother, Mitsuko took notice more and more of the posters around the city about a coming convention. She did not exactly think about it at first but she knew that she could find her way in easily now with a magical costume on demand. To think that this event was normally destined as a certain contact with the magical girls and knights who fought for their sake throughout the world. What her mother enjoyed to call 'fantasy disguises' was more than that. And now... She was also part of it, somehow. The best choice she had now was to go and see if she could find more about them and how she could fit in that picture. Surely, someone there would have an answer for her. At best, she would be unnoticeable and see as some cosplayer... At worst... Most likely the same thing. The decision was made. She was going as the Valkyrie. Present time... As intended, Mitsuko had transformed herself into her magical girl form to head to the convention. She had been practicing in secret so she felt like she would be fine. The place was amazing and strangely, nobody really gave her any odd looks if not looks of curiosity or awe so far, both making her feel somewhat embarrassed nonetheless. If the other magical girls were here, would they even notice her? Mitsuko was nervous and for a good reason. The most hardcore of fans had these cosplays of the heroes and heroines yet none of them looked anything like she did herself. One of them COULD be a magical girl or knight, too. It was too late to back away now and the butterflies she felt within her stomach was not going to change that. For the best, she kept a smile and tried to avoid any awkward encounters. She would not even know what to do or say if anyone questioned her about what she was wearing. With this in mind, she was glad that her sword was magically hidden as it was rather large to carry around. It would make her even more noticeable. What she did not realize however was that her eyes were purple tainted now instead of their usual blue. At least anyone who knew her, if they recognized her, would notice right away. Regardless of her eyes, Mitsuko still avoided any schoolmates if she saw them. Instead, she focused on behaving like a fan for now, despite her look. She took a moment to look at the stands, the people around them, the merchandise. A part of her couldn't help but still feel like a fangirl in awe before the items that represented everyone's popular heroes and heroine, some of which Mitsuko herself looked up to. Her mind could hardly escape the thought that she might become one of them and she did not know if she was even ready for it. Yet... The sword did call upon her...

Just to clear something up so I don't get the wrong idea. Convention, in this context, is like... a convention of magical girls or the usual anime convention stuff? (With cosplayers and everything?). I ask just because I don't want to assume and give Mitsuko the wrong idea of where's she heading. (I feel annoying asking so many questions, though. ><)

With that Pelvis Seal, she looks already owned by a demon or something. The clothes make it give that look as well. Unless being broken gives a character a demon tail, she seems to be a demon herself. (Sorry if I take the image details as fact). Either way, she seems awesome and has a nice face expression and costume. Plus. Pink hair.

Well, the wiki does seem to put the way you typed it as a variable. Also Sax and Sex. Which are both weird in a sentence. "I'll fight with my sax/sex" XD

You mean "seax". I googled it, to be sure. Sorry to be a nerd. It's a type of knife or sword. So I think "saex" is fine as a name. It does sound alien, too.

Ah... Now, I understand where certain things come from. Alright... I was more thinking of a kind of continuation here and there. I know there are many stories possible but I thought we were doing sort of a story with it where characters are introduced then connected through events. Well, I still feel like my two characters are too new to pit them at future threads. Hoping they also don't get left behind but welp. It's something we'll have to see with time since I don't really want to rush my character development either. ><

Thank you for the pointers. Sorry for the rant as I mean no disrespect or anything by it. I would lie if I said I wasn't lost, though. XD A part of me feels like I would intrude if I just inserted myself in there out of nowhere so I suppose I will just wait for the time being. I was waiting for my cue for the convention and an opening will surely open sometimes. As for Hellhound, I still have no idea if the hunter thread is relevant or not as I read inside it some, only to see about the forest. Like, if she is the hunter that's referred to or someone else. And since I feel like the scene with Zorn is not over yet. UNLESS it is and I'm just dumb, well... You can guess why I am sorta finding myself out of the loop on all of this.

I am so inexplicably confused still. XD I should have paid more attention in class since the Rebuilding thread is 11 pages long and I'm not sure what's going on in that last page. I feel like throwing Mitsuko there might cause more confusion for everyone else than not. Just so we're clear, Mitsuko is freshly new at this so just jumping in a circle of magical girls (While knowing none of them) might be weird on its own. I'm fine with not joining the group in a rush, though. I feel like Mitsuko either will go there or IS there, apart somewhere. I will have to make things a little more clear regarding this in my own thread but unless I know objectively how and what the convention is about, then I can't just make Mitsuko decide to go. I know we had spoken about it so I was merely waiting for a sign but the time gap is confounding me. At this time, I will just read what's going on before I try to make a move with Hellhound. (As she already posted in the thread with Zorn). Right now, I'm so lost that any posts with Mitsuko would be a stab in the dark. BUT I will try and see. However, as I said, it's hard for me to simply poke an idea in the dark. By example, if I make Mitsuko decide to go to a certain convention probably advertised on multiple posts in the city, it HAS to make sense in whatever convention thread that she will be there or that the convention is as I try to define it. (Which I am trying hard right now to get any information I can get my hands on from the current threads). Please do not take this post as complaining or anything, though. Just trying to make sense of everything going on, is all. o.o

I admit that confuses me a little since we... did not go to the convention yet, did we? Or I got teleported in time. XD I have no idea when Hellhound happens, when the convention happens. AND where Mitsuko is at that time since I thought she would also go to the convention at that moment. Actually, there seems to be a strange time gap. x.x

SRK stepped back a little when she saw what was going on and for now, she was observing the scene to detect if a health report or anything was necessary. The woman seemed to be alive and while this language of hers made even SRK raise an eyebrow for a second, she understood what she had said and the feeling it expressed well enough. Regardless of her condition, SRK would still send to report to the bridge since it was an irregular awakening and her condition may or not require the medical specialist's attention anyway. This was not her decision to make but she could still at least detect no urgent anomalies for the moment. This news was a pretty good one. With the alert level being low, SRK's attention was now on the woman in front of her and it was not difficult to make this goof ball blush slightly from the sight. A feeling she tried to negate to not alter her judgement with what just had happened. Her eyes took a good look at the woman's body then looked up to her eyes but before she could say anything, she was spoken to and asked questions. To which she replied, "You did not and you are indeed a little late but not critically. The system has tried to wake you up but due to a malfunction, it did not happen as expected. You are lucky that I was capable to launch the forced awakening's process.", she crossed her arms, smirking. "Other humans have taken over the functions of the ship in order to fulfill their roles, which you will be able to do as well. The protocol advises that you use a mean to wash yourself beforehand. To this end, the ship has showers and baths available for all crew members. A report has been sent to the bridge to notify them of your awakening. This unit can guide you to the suggested installations if you wish.", SRK tried to explain the process while the captain nor other crew members were around to do so. Her lack of social skills made her sound mostly like a robot citing a script with a touch of her own personality but at least the message was as clear as she could make it...

Okay, I'm seeing some different threads pop up and I can't help thinking that the hunter thread is related to Hellhound somehow. But It's not too obvious.

Hmmm... So does it mean Zorn and Hellhound will be there or will NOT be there? I'm a little confused. Also, I hope my post length is not problematic. I sometimes write "big" posts. o.o

Hellhound observed the one demon curiously but even with her hearing, she did not really hear or pay attention to what was being said. She only had one objective for the moment. Still, something did make her happy as she was hearing what Zorn was telling her. A chance to play after eating. That sounded like a good deal to her. But for the time being, she waited and watched the magic happen. The circle made her giggle softly, not because it affected her anyhow but simply because of what she was expecting to happen. Once she felt the air of the forest, she jumped in place. "Yay! We're here!", the beast girl let out, being at least a little impressed by the warp. When Hellhound was questioned about the scent, she quickly set herself on her hunter mode and smelled the area. It was dark so they were probably around or during night time, when animals she hunted were mostly asleep. Being in the dark meant she would not be spotted easily either, as long as she did not bring up any of her fiery powers. "I'll find something quickly.", she finally said then left, stepping lightly while trying to sniff a perfect scent. Hellhound didn't need much but one good prey to feed well and even leave some for Zorn if he was hungry as well. It would not take too long either that she would fine what she wanted, it being unaware of her presence. At this point, the hell beast girl was lowered down, observing. Animals were dumb but incredibly reactive and paranoid. A single noise would make her prey aware and escape but she was not going to let any of that happen. None could escape her fury. There was no needs for theatrics, either. A sharp swipe at the neck would do. The animal of a certain size that she spotted remained still, looking asleep; The perfect victim for a hunter. Hellhound grasped at the ground, ready to leap, then suddenly moved. As expected, the animal twitched and tried to get up but it was already too late as the beast girl was on it, slamming it against the ground before she sliced its neck. The small fight made just enough noise from the slamming and while the animal tried to cry, it died rather quickly. "Shhh, you're my meal, now. Maybe not only mine. ♪", she said, playfully, looking around for where Zorn could be at this moment. If he waited for her or not or followed her, watched her? Hellhound doubted that her demon lord partner would not know where to find her quickly anyway, if he somehow lost sight of her. With the animal she kept pinned to the ground until its death, all that remained now was to figure how to eat it. Her fire served well to cook the meat if she wanted it that way but that would depend on Zorn's taste regarding the prey.

To me, sounds perfect. Zorn is there to basically carry Hellhound around if she is not using her shortcuts. If she is drawn to some area where a demon is involved into something, Hellhound will be curious anyway.

Good good, I'm happy to play along as well with the same condition: As long as it makes sense. Girl needs to eat and might head to a forest, though. (And Zorn seems to be okay with this idea) so we'd need to find a reason for them to go where the others are somehow. I did not exactly read the wanderer thread but saw a few posts here and there anyway. Still, yeah. I'd be glad to do anything.

Uhh... So what did I miss? I am not exactly sure of what I'm reading. Just for the record, I'm open to anything that gives me some activity. As long as I know what it's about. Mitsuko is still on standby and as it is, Hellhound needs to head to to surface to eat something AND Zorn is apparently tagging along with her. From there, whatever happens, happens. Any troubles around Zorn can't be blamed on Hellhound, though. But she will sure enjoy it.

Hellhound seeming a bit disappointed to be told to wait. At least, she seemed somewhat capable of restraining herself from going out of her way. The idea of food made her perk up, however. She was slightly confused that a demon lord wanted to accompany her on a normal hunt but she didn't argue against it. All she could do was nod as she wanted to fulfill her belly's wishes as soon as possible. With the advice to be quiet, Hellhound gained a twisted smile again then said, "I'll be a shadow, then. When I hide, they don't see it coming. Um, well... Sorta...", her smile changing to an embarrassed one slowly. Her quality has a stealthy hunter still had to be proven but she understood that Zorn didn't want any humans to spot them. This should be easy enough. All they had to do was go up, find an empty forest and hunt for food before they go back down. No powers so super humans can't detect them. With this in mind, Hellhound started leaving. She did not really consider if Zorn had any quick means to head to the surface. The beast girl knew of short cuts and paths she used to make it up there, as insane as she was, since she appeared to have no real ways to portal her own way up there. Unlike demons, she was a creature of power and fire but not exactly magic. She was still waiting for Zorn however so if he chimed in with a mean to go faster, she would follow him. The soonest she ate, the better it would be for all. She would not be able to have a serious fight without fuel to keep her spirited, anyway. Still, Hellhound couldn't help but look forward to what power humans were capable of attaining. She might have been ignorant of magic girls and knights for a while, due to her lazy and air-headed nature but now that she knew, she wanted to have this battle with them badly. For the sake of sport...

Hellhound seemed to be attentive, now. At least at the idea of a fight against stronger humans. Though as she was asked what her favorite ways of playing were, she gained a twisted smile and stepped back a few steps then focused her strength. A burning aura surrounded her before she swiped twice with her hands in front of her, following with a spin of her body to send her leg in a slash kick motion. Her attacks seemed to be followed by flames as well. She had a fighting spirit for sure but she was not quite done with the show as she then kicked upwards into a blackflip jump high in the air, moving backwards then while she came back down, Hellhound punched the ground with what power she had, causing a loud explosion around herself. The blast radius might or not have taken out some of the area around her but her power seemed to have been calculated in her movement so that Zorn was out of its range. With that fighting spirit, Hellhound soon stood back on her paws and smiled then said, "This is my favorite way to play.", feeling pretty proud with some flames still lit around her where the blast hit. She made clear that she was a fighter but also that this was what she meant by the word 'play'. Still, it did not say if it did or not include anything else after she won a fight. Her body displayed a certain charm and sexiness and there was no doubt she also made use of it, if she was even aware of what she was showing off. Those who would be foolish enough to gaze at her would find themselves become her plaything soon enough. Still, for now, Hellhound saw Zorn's question as a mean to showoff a little, regardless of the damage she had caused around herself, wanting him to see that she was ready to find these super humans anytime. At the same time, she was feeling her hunger scream at her through her stomach.

I also have a feeling Mitsuko may go to the convention hoping to find some hints about what she found and who she is or something like that. Or others like her. So while I didn't have a reason for her to go to a convention before, I think it's logical for her to go now how her mother reminded her of cosplayers anyway. I think things are going well.

Hellhound finally stopped smiling when questioned about what kind of enemies she fought. It was not just any question either but one querying about precise details. Having a semi confused expression, she seemed to think carefully then said, "Their weapons did not look special at all. Some were fast and some made noises but they had no magic. At least I think so... Sometimes, they go boom but no humans have powers like ours.". The last part came with a bit of giggling until she wondered if he was serious or not, which made her lose her smile again as she was seeming to have a mental struggle. If her body or clothes were of any indications, she probably got hurt often. More details came to her like she was taught something she never knew about, somehow. Humans with magic powers and weapons? She didn't leave the underworld very often unless she hunted so maybe none of them ever had the time to get a good grasp on her for a fight. Besides, Hellhound did not really follow the news on magic girl and knight activity either. "Wait wait wait...! Humans defeated you?", she started, seeming like she was judging him but instantly continued, "Powerful humans out there can defeat demons? Why did nobody tell Hellhound? Oh... Right...", she precised her thoughts but still looked like she was struggling with her own thinking with her own self. Her eyes finally looked at Zorn. "Alright, I decided! I want to see these humans! They must be fun to play with, right...?", she asked, not really thinking about how Zorn was defeated. If Hellhound knew defeat, she probably saw it as fun anyway, whatever was going on in that head of hers. At least, a chance to meet with them was one reason for her to stay around. What Hellhound made clear however was that, while she did not consider anyone a master of hers, she still knew she was not above powerful demon lords out there, whether that counted for something or not in the way she addressed them. As such, she kept a safe distance and made sure not to challenge him.

Imagine Mitsuko has no idea what to do with her magic form (as she is not really a hunter of demons) and decides to use her free costume to enter a convention. Power = responsibility but she can be responsible while checking the convention out. If she knows she has power above her own, she does not have to use it anyhow anyway.
