Was not up as early as I hoped. But will see if I can get one more reply in before leaving for the day.

Catherine continued to resist. Was it smart? Maybe not, but she was lacking in good options here. Her body continued to rebel against her, though not as much as she feared it might. She heard the pants unzip. The warning of something unavoidable, something she was going to have to endure soon. But, while she was breathing deeper, bit her lip, she refused to beg. She did not want this, did not see how he could make her want it enough to beg. It was bad enough her body was trying to tell him to do it, the ever increasing wetness, hips shift ping towards him as he worked and towards the zipping. She hated it, but the part of her he wanted the most was not bothered by that, or hat he was forcing it.

I was not pushing for it, not expecting much other than maybe him finding it awkward. Definitely a big no with pictures, but for text I believe under 18 stuff, or things that look like it is the only forbidden stuff for sexual content. It’s one of those things I occasionally thought about a little, when it came to Nall, but would probably take something significant happening in story to even maybe move in that direction.

It appeared it might be the whole group except for Hikaru. He did not seem bothered by it, as Jumi took Mitsuko’s hand and stood. Nall being around might be cute. Male, but not human or humanoid. She wondered how he would react. She had teased him a little by what might happen with him living with the three ladies. It did reduce the chance of anything significant happening, but it would be interesting to see how he reacted to it all. ”We will meet up later to begin the research then.” Hikaru said, as the rest of the group followed Umi out of the room, through the halls, back to the door. “It is not in this building. It is not quite an ordinary bath. But hopefully you will all find it pleasant.” She steeped outside, down the paths that connected the buildings, to one in the corner. “It shared by everyone in the temple, but no one else should come to use it for some time.” One they stepped inside, they were in a small room to undress, with some towels, soaps and shampoos, though none that were especially fancy. Through an opening, some water surrounded by rock, could be seen. “It is a natural spring, we converted into our main bath. It is nice and warm.”

There was the question of if Umi intended to join, or was going to leave Shinigami to her privacy after showing the way. She gave no hint so far on which she planned to do. Or if it depended on Jumi and Mitsuko did. If they started the research, maybe Umi would join in there. But was she more or less likely to join a group? That would remain to be seen. Jumi noted the grin on Shinigami. Did she just enjoy the idea of their company, or have other things on her mind. She and Mitsuko were a couple at this point. They were both perhaps in a relationship of sorts. Feelings were not being kept secret from Hikaru or Umi. Whatever the plan was, the two could guess what might happen, especially with the three alone. Mitsuko seemed to want to join. With it sounded like purely wholesome motives. Jumi rubbed Mitsuko’s leg a little. A sign of affection, not meant to be dirty in this case. It was just natural with Mitsuko sitting on her. “If we are going to the library, it might be good to soak a little first, relax the legs and other muscles.” She was not sure how long they would be in the library, but it would not hurt. A bath felt important to purify themselves in a temple too. Though she wondered whether they be purifying themselves, or getting more dirty.

As for my characters, looks like they will watch the new/newish pair for now. Maybe just watch, maybe join in once things heat up, or possibly get distracted with someone else. Could go any way at the moment.

Benefit of work from days and separate device. Can’t check the site when I’m not home, usually Wednesdays and Fridays. Though I have been home most Wednesdays recently due to temporary circumstances. That won’t be the case tomorrow. But other than that, I might be lucky about Wednesdays at home for at least a few more weeks.

Dai and Ryoko watched the line come in, they happened to be standing together, but mostly because they had the same goal. Observe the crowd coming in. There was the man and woman talking to each other, but they did not appear to know each other well, met as a coincidence as they were next to each other in line, probably. A few others followed behind, but so far nothing that stood out too much. “Fresh blood, might be fun to watch.” Ryoko whispered to Dai. “The woman appears to be new. The man has a little experience.” Dai repeated some of the little bit of conversation he heard in the line. “Ah, I remember my first time. Fun times. Wonder if she really knows what she might be getting into?” Ryoko remarked with some amusement. Though she expected it to be a pleasant surprise for Evi, if she did not already know. “Maybe, but most don’t have your background when they come here.” “I’m not here to be like mom.” Ryoko answered, partially humorously, though slightly annoyed. They were not that close, but Ryoko did not really hide that aspect of her past. Dai was quite aware of it, as were some others she got involved with here. But both of them did find the idea of watching Evi experience it all for the first time a little fun, whether they joined in or not. “You could get on the stage if you want. Give them a show.” Dai continued to poke at Ryoko’s past and why she was here. “I’m not a dancer, they did not really train the girls in that back home anyway. Not universally, at least.” She left before she was old enough to get any of that training, but she had seen some of what they taught the other girls. Maybe it was a specialization a few of them could learn. Either way, they kept watching, but if those two were going to the bar, it was not a bad place to follow.

Alright, let’s see if work will let me get a reply in, whether the crowd sticks together or whether one or both of my characters wanders somewhere on their own.

“We did walk here from the convention. Around the city, after deciding it was better than walking home.” Jumi added, to clarifying exactly how long and far they had been walking to their hosts. Which made them find it understandable how tired they might “You all can take some time to rest, if you need it. There is no rush to begin the research.” Hikaru answered. They might not stay long, but if needed, he could offer one or more guest rooms for the night. That would be decided later though, if it looked like the research might go into the night. ”Show her the way, Umi. The rest of her can follow, continue to eat, or maybe begin the research while they take care of that.” He did not elaborate, but he thought Shinigami might enjoy what they had. Umi nodded, stood up, walked to the door and waited for Shinigami to follow and assumed if Jumi and/or Mitsuko were following, she would find out soon enough. Jumi did not say anything, waiting to see if Mitsuko wanted to follow or continue resting in her lap.

OOC: This thread is technically over. But giving it a final few posts to get Alexandrine into Princess and make her aware of going ons at the estate. She had confidence Jumi and Mitsuko would be able to handle Shinigami. Though it would not be easy. She transformed back into her Magical Girl form before stepping out into the main area. It was quickly emptying. Guests were being encouraged to leave. All the stands, exhibits and merchandise were finally being put away. By the end of the day, it would all be empty. There were still some Magical Girls and Knights around. Some looking for their teams, some having final conversations with members of other teams. That was partially her goal. She had to find Rin, but more importantly, Emi. She had to Emi what she had learned. Consider whether it was best to be honest about what happened with Exzel. But as she looked around she was having little luck. She did eventually find Rin, but told her to split up, each look for Emi on their own. They would meet at her van, after they were all together. That was the hope at least. She hoped Emi had not left on her own without a word. It would be hard to find her, unless Emi returned to the place she originally found her. They had not known each other long, but Emi had given her a reason to begin to find her old spirit again. It would be sad if they were separated so soon. Emi deserved to know about her father as well. She pushed back her worries. Made her way back to the stage, where Emi and Rin had sung. There was no crowd now, just some staff taking equipment down. She still paused there for a moment. To remember and try to consider the most likely places Emi would be.

Normally Zorn would not think too much about it, with a human. He was aware of the possibility, but until seeing that girl in the earlier battle, he never thought it was likely any of the women actually gave him a child. He had started to consider giving Emiri that prize. With the real Alexandrjne, well, it would certainly be a sign of victory. He might as well play along, though Exzel would not know what the real one did about that girl. “What, you don’t want to carry my child? Isn’t that who the girl you found was? Shouldn’t you be happy to let her have a sibling?” A little gloat that would have been amusing to see the real Alexandrine react to. But Exzel was a little occupied to give her take on an answer just yet. Just how comfortable was Alexandrine with that girl, he did wonder? It would only be appropriate to raise two, if she was going to raise one. ”That’s good. She’s getting into it. Maybe she likes the thought after all.” The guard added, letting out a satisfied grunt as the resistance quickly shifted to willingness. “If she likes it so much, maybe we can have a little game. Give you two turns after I’m done. If she maybe she doesn’t want my child, but would like yours. Well Sorceress? You can’t talk, if your mouth is becoming more honest, maybe the rest of your body as well.” He was getting close. But both guards could have a little fun with her too, before it was over. The one who had not joined in was beginning to break free. But he did eagerly wait to see if Exzel stopped pretending to hate it, gave him the extra thrill of ‘Alexandrine’ giving n much like her sister had.

“We can get you to the building at least, after we are done here. Perhaps we can help you get to the apartment as well.” Hikaru answered. Walking them to Jumi’s room was an option. Could try to help explains things, if they ran into anyone in the halls. Probably the safest way to do it, most likely way for people to listen. “Though I still intend to try o find something here that will help you more, after we eat, but before you leave.” Jumi was happy enough to hear ‘death’ probably would leave her alone. It seemed a little strange after what she said to her in the dream, but she would trust Shinigami’s word. Shinigami was the only one in the room who knew much about her mother. She just nodded while watching Nall a little, finding the excitement cute. “Something like the van then.” She was not surprised but relieved they would get the ride back, the escort would be a bonus. “We might get to the room without being seen, but hopefully we can find something that will continue to help.” The drive and escort would presumably save them from trouble today. The trick was finding something that would help in the coming days, avoiding having to try to keep Shinigami locked up in the room.

“I have my own grudges against demons. Certain ones in particular. But I will not hold it against others. If you are with these two, I am sure you will find your chance to fight some soon enough, though they do not get close to these walls.” As Hikaru said this, one of the temple members stepped back into the room, set a plate with two fish on it, closer to Nall than the others. They were not sure others would want any, or how much Nall wanted, but they decided it was a safe amount to offer, that some could be shared if not. Jumi and Umi both knew what grudge Hikaru referred to, but did not say anything. Jumi believed Alexandrine must have told him, if he did not find out some other way, that Zorn was still alive. Better not to darken the mood with talk about him at the moment. Take a little more time to eat, then see if they could find anyway to help Shinigami. Hikaru was thinking about it a little, though nothing he was very sure about yet. Jumi did offer a little more though. ”I briefly met her mother. Twice. Once by myself in a dream, or something that like one. And once as a group. She claimed to have some interest in me, or maybe my soul, that first time. Though I managed to get myself out of it. After the second time, it sounded like she just wanted to watch. See whether we can succeed in this attempt to help Shinigami. Though I did not spend enough time around her in either meeting to get a deep understanding of her.” Dangerous. Perhaps a word Jumi would use. But she could not offer much insight into the sort of entity she was, beyond Shinigami’s description of ‘death’.

A child of death itself, was how she put it. Something that could make many afraid if they knew. Something the average person might compare to a demon. Perhaps more comparable to the child of a goddess though. Or something even more fundamental? It was an interesting philosophical question. “That sadly is a fear others may have. We have to find a way to convince them otherwise. As for me…” An answer why he trusted her not to be a threat. “Jumi brought you here, and I trust her judgement. You had an opportunity to hurt or Mitsuko, if you had wanted to. You are more honest than demons who try to trick us. The ones that only pretend to be friends tend to either disguise themselves as humans, or offer power or some other reward for their corruption. If you had used some power to influence one or both of them, even if it was different from demon’s, I or Umi should be able to sense it.” He was reminded of the mark the demon left on Elie. Neither Jumi nor Mitsuko seemed to have anything like that. ”In short, I have more awareness and knowledge of such things, compared to most humans. And power to protect myself. But you have not given me a reason to mistrust you either.” Not that he would be blind if that changed. But so far Shinigami appeared to have been completely honest, and he would give her the benefit of trusting that she was not a threat. He was not going to be suspicious to a degree Shinigami did not appear to deserve.

Ryoko took the initiative. But set it up so "Johnny" could take over, after people get inside.

A crowd had begun to form behind Dai. As he waited for the doors to open, he occasionally took a look back or listened. Of those close to him there appeared to be no one familiar yet. Probably no one who would recognize him, either from here or his work. A rather cute woman behind him. But someone else spoke to her first. While he was not against sharing a woman, she appeared to be a quiet one, was that a bit much for her? Either way, he was less likely to but into their conversation, unless invited. Especially when they were still outside. Maybe that would change after they got inside and everyone loosened up. Would also depend if he found someone else before then. The man had apparently been here before as well, so it was not a case where he could offer any advice to two brand new people. But there was a shift. It was about time for the opening. They could continue their conversation inside, he might or might not follow depending on where they went. It would almost be stranger if he didn’t, before they got more of a crowd and depending on where they went. But the face at the door surprised him. “You don’t work here, Ryoko.” Another regular he had met…among other things from time to time. The woman gestured back to a man inside walking towards her. “It’s okay. See, Johnny is coming over. He told me it was fine to open the doors, Dai. Didn’t you tell me you come here to relax, get away from all the rules?” Dai shrugged and walked past his acquaintance. Leaving her to greet the others behind him at least for a few minutes. He stepped further into the lounge, but somewhat followed Ryoko’s example, waiting to get a sense of who was coming in and where they went.

Alright, let’s see what we’ve got going here. Whether Dai tries to join in a conversation, or I find a way to get them in. Maybe Ryoko will bend the rules to help out herself.

Shinigami’s name for her mother was unexpected. Hikaru had never heard anything like that before. But was it an entity he had never heard of, or a name he knew but in an unknown language? Perhaps he could be the one to learn something. He would not push on the reasons for her being mortal now. It sounded like something closer to demon behavior from Shinigami’s mother. But some humans were capable of actions as harsh as that. Certainly getting too close to certain types of non-humans often lead to bad treatment. ”I have never heard a name like that, though perhaps it just the language I do not know. What sort of entity would you consider her? Or is she perhaps something more difficult to classify?” Similarly he did not push for details on the daughter/creation distinction. Birthed without a father? Created through magic or some other power? It probably was not important, though he might ask later, if he thought it might help lead to a solution.

Yeah, want to keep things moving better than the Hotel. But I’m fighting my war with sleep and will be out tomorrow, but once I’m back we can get this going along with me getting replies in other places.

I figure wait just a little more, see if anyone else joins the line. But maybe write it tomorrow evening maybe (no specific time, whatever works).

They did not overly plan out meals to the point that giving a guest what they wanted complicated things much. Jumi similarly hoped this did not get tense. But it did not seem like Shinigami was going to do anything hostile. She trusted Shinigami that much. She was also confident Hikaru would not get very offended as long as that was the case. “Umi advised you were not a demon. I can see that is the case.” As a non-human, he also understood Shinigami might not always act the way one would expect, would not hold any accidental offense against her. ”You do not appear to fall under the umbrella of what we traditionally call monsters either. Nor the guardians.” Descendant of a god, life himself, but earlier generation? Perhaps. “If you do not mind, what would you consider yourself?” Would it help find an answer of how to help her? Maybe, maybe not. But he did not want to consider or think of her as something she was not. But then, was she something new or unknown?

Right now, Ryoko is inside, but hanging near the entrance. Believe it is just her and the two staff characters inside. Probably be just some minor character (just for that purpose) to let them in, but could be open on who plays it,

Getting the crowd together. Will give a little more time to see if Sammi and/or our bar critic to be show up in the line. Otherwise figure out how to get them in.
