Will hopefully get a Shinigami reply in earlier today than I have some days. But have to go back and read through one or both of the other times characters visited the temple, get the layout and feel of the place back in my head. As well as one of the characters who might appear in the reply.

The guard looked down with lust into the eyes of what he believed was a human and perhaps their greatest enemy. Would she beg for him to join in, or have a turn. The other guard was beginning to break free of his bindings as well, as Zorn kept doing exactly what he was told not to. “Why not? Does it hurt? Or…”. He kept the pounding aggressively, his breath getting deeper as the pleasure built inside him. “…or do you not want to admit I of all people are pleasing you? Be honest Sorceress. If you truly enjoy it, I will give you what you crave so much.” He was going to do it either way of course. But the fantasy was much more appealing if Alexandrine loved it, despite her hate for him. Even more satisfying than it had been to watch Emiri fall for him more and more completely. He would wait a little though to suggest she please the guard in a position she was almost ideally in now.

I edited it, added some more, to get them to the gates.

Of course he would make that threat, another twist in Catherine’s stomach. He would probably succeed too, if he kept trying frequently enough. She probably had a least a few years of fertility left. Better not to even think about that for now. “You learned from those demons you sold your soul too? Think I am something you can counter?” All this incestuous talk was sickening her as well. He was talking about a son, but if he forced them to have a daughter together, would he use her too? Or was he ‘decent’ enough to only want something slightly more distant. “You killed your own brother, my husband, and you expect me to fall for you?” She bitterly asked. “I would dread to ask how you think you will accomplish that. But I’m sure you show me soon enough.” Talking was at least delaying that, though she suspected it could only be delayed so long.

Yeah, I was thinking largely the same. My biggest thing was being unsure how long it should take, if they needed to stop to sleep first.

Jumi was very cautious, she did not have her usual confidence when dealing with this sort of thing. She would still do what she could to help, feeling some responsibility for this and it was the right thing to do. But she was very careful not to say too much. To do too much. Shinigami’s feelings were not always clear, but there seemed to be a bond between them of sorts. All of them, but she and Shinigami had their night just before, it seemed special enough to her, though considering what caused it, she was not inclined to talk about it. She began singing again, as Mitsuko did, looking up towards the sky. Could they make the walk in one day? It would be nice, but she did not really have an idea, never having taken a walk as long as this before. This continued for some time, before they reached a much more rocky and wooded area. It slowed them down a bit, but Jumi kept pushing forward. This was their destination. It was safer than many such similar terrains. Few monsters or demons dared approach the temple, those that did, did not last long. Jumi had to fly a little to make it faster, willing to help anyone else who needed it, but eventually made it to the gate, where she paused to take a breath. Let Mitsuko have a moment to rest if she needed it. “I’m sure we have already been seen, just a moment, someone will come out to see what is going on.” They might have been caught by surprise by Shinigami, might be watching a little, but as long as they calmly waited, soon, someone would come out to see them. Maybe or maybe not Hikaru himself.

Had not noticed how big she was at first. Will be interesting when Nadia eventually spends more time with her.

Nadia is quite literally dead, poor amnesiac zombie. But yeah, I believe she is the exception.

Jumi found it a little surprising Shinigami was this unfamiliar with singing. Apparently had no music in her old home, or much experience with hearing it when she occasionally snuck out into the human world. It was a little cute, she would not push for it, but maybe encourage it a little. “Who knows, just keep listening. Maybe some time in the future you will feel it. Kind of hard to explain to someone who has not felt it, but a desire to join in. But nothing wrong if you don’t feel it.” She was a little cautious, after what happened back at the manor. Did not want to come off as being too pushy about getting her to join in with ‘human’ things. But hopefully that sort of light encouragement was not a big deal. “Me and Mitsuko would be happy enough to keep, it up on our own.” ”We’re making good progress though. Granted I’ve never taken a route as indirect as this. But at least it shouldn’t have anything to slow us down much and much less likely to run into anything that will give us trouble.” She was not sure exactly how far they had gone, to how far they needed to go. She just knew the direction, and would recognize the area when they got close.

I may join in from time to time, though I don’t do as much in the area, most of it currently being several RPs with Warning.

“Hmph, don’t give in too easy. Yes, I want to see that spirit fade as I take you. You are starting to enjoy it aren’t you? How long can you pretend otherwise?” Zorn gloated a little as he kept pounding. He might be fairly quick about it, but he did want Exzel to enjoy it, enjoy it enough she had to stop pretending as Alexandrine. “Don’t worry. You don’t have to call me master today. It will be enough if you are honest, beg for me to keep doing it.” Just play out the first step. Truly breaking Alexandrine would take more time than they had to play out. ”Is it too big, I wonder? Maybe you will learn to crave demons over humans, just like your sister. Maybe this will please you like you have not been pleased yet.” It had been quite fascinating to watch that change in Emiri, her slowly wanting it more and more, as she was twisted into what she became now. But that might or might not be possible with the real Alexandrine.

Added a paragraph to the end, something that could be used for Nadia and Cherry to sneak off, while Ari is busy with Celeste and Lyn.

Well, I said I was going to wait a day or two, but you are making it sound fun enough, I might do something to start it today. Will probably just edit my last post to add something to it, will post again here when that is done.

Cherry could help Nadia ‘borrow’ a room. If that is bad Ari can give her a spanking later.

She might talk to Cherry, see if that goes anywhere. Or she might look for Alais, get the Futa trio together. See what happens in a day or two, unless Cherry approaches Nadia first before that.

Yeah, I’m trying to be careful here too. Once Ash is back, some interesting things could potentially happen with groups, in the other areas like the pool bar, etc, and that sort of thing with Cherry could be fun too. But poor Nadia needs some company. She hasn’t been the same since no one opened that door and she hit her head stumbling in the dark.

“Not a sage or anything like that. But I’ve grown up quick, and fighting along Alexandrine gave me some contact. Will teach you what I can, but not an expert in everything.” Jumi was happy about the praise, but humble enough to admit there was a long she did not know. She was sure there were some things Mitsuko knew better than her. Same was probably true for Shinigami as well. Nall helped proved the point. ”I don’t know a lot about gods. There are all those myths about various pantheons. You would probably know more than me about how true they are, how connected or not they were. You would have to ask them for details….Maxim, though, that was name of the god the temple is dedicated to, the one they claim to be an ancestor. I never asked a lot of details about it though.” Jumi was not an atheist, after everything she had seen. With all these demons and such, even before Nall and Mitsuko, she was sure there were some sorts of divine beings, gods and such out there. But she did not worship any particular one, and did not know how many myths or religions had any truth to them. After Mitsuko started humming, she quietly listened for a bit. But after it at least did not look like Shinigami was annoyed by it, she tried joining in, just matching with Mitsuko for now. Making sure there was still no sign of annoyance, before considering anything else.

I’ve lost paragraphs before more times than I would like. I might give it another day or two to see if Ash comes back. If not, I could see about Nadia wandering somewhere, a room or otherwise. Could be with Cherry.

Nadia could like her. She could like a lot of people, but like AsBlood said, she is a little stuck. While I don't think Ash would care if we took a little initiative after not being on this long, might not follow Lerozero's lead just yet.

Ah, Nadia lost the person she was talking to. Well Ash can take care of that after coming back.

“They know me. They will be surprised, but as long as we approach the gates openly and calmly, they won’t make any assumptions before hearing what we have to say.” At first glance, some Magical Girls or Knights might take the sight as her and Mitsuko having been broken. But as long as it did not look like they intended to attack or sneak in, Jumi was confident it would be fine. She made sure they were far enough from the cities edge, that no one looking out would see them, and did her best to avoid roads, but otherwise went as straight towards them as they could. “Don’t worry. It might be faster getting home this way, if they are willing to give us a ride. Shorter walk at least, but we’ll see how long we are in the temple. With any luck, they will find a way to help us at least a little. The temple priesthood has some influence in the area, though the fact the head priest is a Knight is of course kept secret. The influence is more that they are a very old and established family in the area. They claim to be distant descendants of a god themselves, though I don’t know if that is true or not.” Could Hikaru’s word to the right people help, at least a little? She was not sure. She was still trying to think of things to ask that might help.

Mitsuko was being cute, though it probably was not quite that easy to prove whether or not someone was a demon. There was also the issues of proving she was distinct from more generic ‘monsters’. Sad as it was, the appearance was an issue. But this was a starting point. It was worth trying and might go better than trying to keep Shinigami in the apartment. “I can’t make any promises on what will happen, but it worth a try.” Jumi turned and began walking along the edge of the city, moving towards the other side of the outskirts of the city, where the temple was placed. ”With the mist gone, will be safest and fastest to walk around the city. Shorter than the walk back home. And they may be able to help us get home, after we are done there.” It was maybe the ideal option. She could not imagine it would so quick or easy to completely fix the problem, but maybe they could make some positive progress. She tried to be optimistic. “Going as a group, it is one place they should let us in without danger of a fight, though they might want to ask questions.” She had been there a few times. Knew Hikaru, though she was not as close to him as she was with Alexandrine. “It is an interesting place, you all might enjoy the look. Though I have never gone to them with a request like this, I’m a little curious what they might do.” All she knew is they would not try to hurt Shinigami, after she spoke up for her and explained what was happening.

Setting aside lingering confusion over just what Shinigami’s mother was, and uncertainty if that woman still wanted her after everything that happened, she mostly intended to avoid that subject. Shinigami might not be a demon, but there seemed to be some similarities there. A sensitive subject, Jumi intended to avoid sensitive subjects without good reason, especially after the fight back at the manor. She paused to let Mitsuko try to comfort Shinigami, hopefully it would at least a little. The war between humans and the various demons/monsters/aliens reached back into prehistory. There was good reason to be careful about revealing the truth of the Magical Girls/Knights that had such blood. They were accepted within the group, but after so many had died after so many years, many average people would possibly fear or hate such people, not trust them. “…Holy water?” She asked with a small amused smile. It was nice Mitsuko cared so much and was trying to think of something. Though it led to bring something up. “It isn’t easy to test such things. With blood, while Shinigami isn’t a demon, I have no idea how close her’s would appear in such a test, if anyone involved could say that so definitely. Looking to holy water, or divine or magic stuff…” ”…there are not a lot of options to test such things. Unless you want to take a detour. It is closer than home, though we are in the wrong side of the city. A little ways outside of the city is an old well established temple. Headed by a Knight and his family, who happens to be Alexandrine’s brother-in-law.” Was it worth it taking a detour to go there. She was not certain any solution would be found there, but it was one option to consider. If they were going to try, it would be easiest to do it now, before they got further from it.

“You said it yourself earlier. Demons are not kind to us. Often force themselves on us, and occasionally it leaves one of us with an unplanned child.” Jumi did not know much about that girl Alexandrine found, could not say a lot, but despite appearances, Shinigami was not a demon, it might be worth explaining generalities. “Most of the population has no idea it can or does happen. But we, Magical Girls and Knights, are aware some of us are born that way. Some can hide it more easily than others, only showing signs while transformed, other have to dress carefully and hide in the shadows. They did not choose their parents, they are not our enemy, unless they join the demons. As traumatic as it is for the mother, they rarely if ever abandon such a child.” That was the basics anyway. Details varied on a case by case basis. “But the one I’m referring to was one Alexandrine only found a few days ago. Daughter of a demon she has a long history with and extra personal hate for. Finding the girl and eventually dealing with her father was one of the things she had to do, when she left us.”
