  1. I will probably be asleep before you reply, or trying to sleep, so yeah no rush. It does look like I was wrong about being back to the normal work schedule, should be home tomorrow, but will have to see if I get a chance to write during the day.
  2. The question of what Shinigami’s mother really was had been weighing on Jumi’s mind since they met in the dream. Death seemed as good as answer as any, the woman did not seem easy to classify as anything she had previously encountered, and while she had next to no experience with gods, she was not sure that really worked as a description either. She quietly listened as the other two talked but was thrown off guard by Mitsuko’s surprise question. ”I don’t know what she is, but I have a very hard time imaging she is one of us. Especially if she was able to stand up to an apparent goddess one on one. That is a power level unlike any Magical Girl I ever heard of. Alexandrine is the strongest one I know of or heard of, but I can’t see her fighting gods successfully, especially by herself. I would be a lot more worried about a goddess after us, though if another one is helping us, even just in the background and through that sword, I’m not too worried, as long as we are careful.” Fighting actual gods was something out of the ordinary even for Magical Girls, Jumi could not think of another time she heard of it. But while she was cautious, refused to be reckless, she was not really scared, convinced they could handle it.
  3. She had not given up yet, not been broken, that just made it more appealing. Zorn would be the one to truly break her, but he could give her a taste of what was to come. The priority was his own pleasure, but like his general and many other demons, there was always a joy when these Magical Girls enjoyed it, perhaps more so if they tried to deny it, protest, despite sounds or reactions of pleasure. To watch them hate being pleasured by non human creatures they hated and fought to kill. He laughed at her threat. “Oh, do you know more about what the general or demons know than me now?…Oh Guardian, I know exactly what I can and can’t do to you.” He stepped forward, within reach, but let her stew a moment longer. “You belong to him…but we…share…more than humans do. He won’t punish me for taking you first. Might even reward me, if I do it right.” He turned to Canata. “Is the succubus just going to watch? I suppose you all enjoy that too.” Canata would not tell him how much she and Emiri talked, Emiri’s degree of willingness, nor give Emiri a hint of how she could join in. She would just answer the other demon’s question. “She is all yours until you are done. If you need help changing her position, I will, but otherwise I’m just going to watch.” “Fair enough. How should I do it, I wonder. If she would enjoy it more on her back? Hands and knees? Standing with me behind her?” He watched Emiri as he gave his thoughts. “Well, maybe let her have a look.” He undid his belt and pants. Revealing to Emiri what would soon be inside her. The shape was close enough to a human’s just the green skin telling her otherwise. It was long, thick, more so than many humans, but not unnaturally so, not too big to fit. “Maybe your first ever? Or just your first other than a human.” None of them knew much about her sexual history of course, especially not that she was married and part of the corruption was personal betrayal of not just her sister but husband as well, and humanity in general of course.
  4. Coming from here Alexandrine had quickly dropped Rin off at her home and made her way to her destination. Thankfully she had already got Elie’s address, did not have to try to figure out how to contact Exzel through the collar. She still had the gift in back, her apology offering to Elie, but that would have to wait. It was better to check if her concern was right, help Elie if she needed to. She drove fast as she could, directly as she could. Fortunately she had an idea of how to get there, though it was her first time in the area. She parked the van near the entrance and stepped out. It was certainly an impressive place, in some way resembling Hikaru’s temple. At least in the sense it was much more impressive than her apartment. She walked up to the door, rang the bell. Though she suspect neither Elie or Exzel would be the one to answer. It felt like a place that would have staff of some sort.
  5. “Later….said later…”. Even in her current state of mind, this was enough for a while, Ryoko figured. The drink was having the desired effect. Of her competing desires to get away from the other pair and to watch them go further, her desire to stick around and watch was winning. But how to do it? She was still not quite drunk enough to try to offer to join in. She had been here enough times, there were right moments to do that and neither yet looked like one that was eager to have someone else just ask to come along. “…Always same with him…all the singing, the dancing. Barely dressed, but can’t touch.” She answered for Dai instead, that she was more comfortable with. Would not expect any ‘punishment’, that she did not like. “…probably looking a for a new girl here…might have ta wait..”. She was just rambling, speaking her mind, not caring who could hear, without a goal. Dai would have preferred she not be so open and blunt, but unlike Ryoko, he did not have many secrets, was not too bothered about it. Though he could not ignore it completely. “Maybe she should be hired to dance just tonight, before she says something she regrets. Her top will probably be off before she gets up.” It seemed like something she would do. “She was thinking about going to the pool after all, which she tends to do naked.” Though she probably not do it until there was more of crowd, or if the other two got away from them. “She was right though, in the sense nothing big has happened at work since the last time we talked.” He did like to concentrate on certain girls, focus on them. Though occasionally he did find an unexpected new one without warning.
  6. I’ll see about getting something out in the morning then. No work tomorrow to get in the way.
  7. In a worst case scenario they could try to contact Nymphia, but Jumi had figured she would have volunteered to do more, if she had been capable of helping them long term. She had not wanted to try to pressure Nymphia into helping. For the time being, it would be the three of them, after they left the temple. She let Shinigami continue to wash her, Mitsuko could join in, if she wanted. She was finding it quite enjoyable either way. “It is worth a look, hopefully we will find something to help with Shinigami, but it is just impressive to visit. Might also give us unexpected help with your problem or some other unexpected useful information.” It was not impossible they might have some information about that goddess after Mitsuko, whether that, Shinigami, or something else, Jumi was hopeful they could find something useful there. That was the best starting point. More likely to give them something they could use than trying to pray to that Maxim or hoping the temple had some sort of artifact or something else that could help them, but Jumi would try/hope for those too if needed, she would not rule out sources of help here.
  8. Mitsuko was not the first involved to make such a comparison. To a degree, it was a good one, though the stakes were much higher and the comparison was more difficult to make in some areas than others. “We are lucky to have a relatively quiet area. Some are worse than others. Of course sometimes one team helps another if it seems necessary and one is free. That’s how I got sometimes involved with Alexandrine and her old team. Of course there are surprises, you can’t things lightly. Alexandrine’s old team did not ask for help in that last fight, none of them thought it would go so badly.” That was the prime example of how dangerous this could be. That even what looked like certain victory to a a very experienced team could go very bad. She was not worried about the demonstration of power. Short as it was, hopefully Umi was not either. She did not seem to show any reaction. “Keeping in mind what I just said, and not intending to get cocky, I would say we are in a good place as far as that side of our life goes, even more so after you get some more training. Though if we need help, there will only be a few we can ask for at first.” Until they figured something out, Shinigami would shorten the list of who they could ask. It did not help Alexandrine would be busy for a while. With Zorn, Hikaru might be drawn in as well, leaving only Nymphia as someone likely to help, if not busy fighting something else.
  9. It was not too surprising to see Nall slip off, back to the three of them and presumably Umi listening in the other room. Now it was her turn. “Sounds good.” She answered Shinigami. The tail had been a bit of a tease, but it looked like that was not going to go anywhere. Probably for the best, though she might not have complained if Shinigami tried to do more. For now she just relaxed, let her go to work on the cleaning. “Will give you some pure training, but the first fights will probably be light enough to be considered training as well. Likely to only find scattered demons, sneaking around. Can’t be careless, but especially with a few of us, not too dangerous to fight.” They kept the area clean enough, there was rarely a chance for the demons to build up. Nothing like Zorn in her territory either. But it was something that could possibly chance, so could never take any one fight too lightly.
  10. I’ll probably slip some reply in tomorrow, maybe or maybe not after Maray.
  11. Jumi was not worried about Nymphia, the girl’s trick to help them out caused confusion but should not have hurt anyone and if needed, she should have been able to come up with some excuse. As for new members, that could be considered after they made progress with Shinigami…speaking of which, just what did she intend to do with that tail? Nothing too distracting yet, but she had to wonder, it was a little unexpected but in a good way. She showed no reaction that Nall or Mitsuko could see. ” Getting a ride from the temple, assuming normal traffic, I would guess a few hours to get back. The general strategy is to go looking for demons, out of town, look for the places they sneak in. Small numbers do occasionally get into towns and have to be dealt with quickly. But patrols minimize that. Out there is the best place to train too. Quiet, away from witnesses.” At this point, Nall probably had all the shampoo he needed, she took the time to use her hand and the water to begin rinsing it out.
  12. Nader other circumstances, there were people Jumi could ask for help. Though even other teammates were a bit iffy to ask for help when it came to Shinigami. They were currently with the best option there. As for Mitsuko’s question. “Well, who is or isn’t on the team in a given moment is a…flexible question. Probably best to call you the core members right now though. Size varies, depending on how many are in an area and how big the area is. Some do it on their own, sometimes it is a few. Biggest teams…I don’t know, maybe 10, give or take a few. But even that is rare.” There were probably a few others who could be called team members, but maybe in an informal sense. But no one with as strong a bond as she had with these two, despite meeting them so recently. She watched Shinigami move closer as she worked on Nall, getting his legs, stomach, but keeping away from his most sensitive area for the moment. Making sure not to neglect anything else at least. But she was not rushing it, taking her time, being thorough, but helped by the small body.
  13. Alexandrine listen with unease. Niece? Was this referring to Elie? She could not remember ever hearing of a man like that, but maybe he lived far away. It was important she act. “I might know the niece. Thank you for telling me. I will look into this.” She quickly turned away. She could not bring a stranger into this. Not after everything that had happened. Few would understand. She was already in very dangerous territory. Exzel seemed different from other demons, but it was still a dangerous path she had chosen. She took a few minutes to track down Rin, still alone. “I have no idea where Emi is…she might have left the building.” Rin reported with a little unease, maybe sadness, hoping Emi had not abandoned them. Alexandrine sighed softly. “Maybe I will recheck where I found her later. But something more important has come up. Let’s get to the van. I will take you home first. Then I have to go see Elie. There are some things I need to discuss with her privately.” It was best not to involve Rin with this. Who knows what might happen. There was a little relief she did not have to explain what happened to herself to Emi as well, though she did hope Emi had not run off permanently. She might be hurt by the loss of her new team. But she needed to talk to Elie before anything else. So they both made their way to the van, Rin understanding Alexandrine’s desire for privacy, did not say much. OOC: Now this thread comes to an end. Should get a Princess post in for Alexandrine in the next few days. Continued here
  14. Many people hoped for help from one god or another, prayed to them, joined various religions. But Jumi also never got much impression that direct help came from them. Some Magical Girls or Kningths, like Mitsuko and supposedly Hikaru got power from them. But others, it was more mysterious. As far as she knew no god was the source of her own power. But she was not going to question thoughts of a goddess she never met and did not know much about. But the conversation turned to herself, before she had much chance to say anything else about gods in general. “Oh, this has been my life a long time now. Since I was a little girl. Did not have a very normal childhood. Not like Hikaru either, was not born into a long family line of this sort of thing. Had a lot more than most little girls to hide from my parents back then. Technically had a team, you met one of them at the convention. But it was not like Alexandrine’s old team. Members came and went, none staying especially long.” She had gotten along with them, they all protected and supported each other. But they all tended to be too short term to develop truly deep bonds.
  15. There we go, unfortunately I think my temporary extra work from home days are coming to an end. Going out tomorrow and expect I will be out for Wednesdays and Fridays from here on.
  16. Ryoko was beginning to feel the drink already. But that had been her goal of course. “Whadda ya mean, can’t handle my drink?…oh, you mean her, not me.” She had started to respond, before hearing the name, Dalton, realizing it was about Evi. She might have got drunk a little easily, but she could handle it. She had done this before. She was not going to go running to the toilet or anything. Dai only shook his head, hoping she did not do anything stupid. It did not seem the smartest choice, with how uneasy she was about the other pair, but she was being paranoid about that, probably. “She just need get used to it. Might be first time.” Already slurring a little, though she could get that under control if she had to. While she did not think Evi was under drinking age, she looked young enough that it was possible she might not have had much experience drinking. Maybe not other things either. But that remained to be seen. “Me though. Great. Might ask fer nother….later….” She was not going to go crazy, but this was good enough to maybe have more before the night was over.
  17. If I’m lucky, I’ll be able to get something in before work is over, in a little under 2 hours. But the past two days have been annoying in how much I’ve been getting.
  18. The talk of gods was a little unexpected. Something that Umi might have found appealing, if she was listening. Jumi found it interesting as well. It was a new experience, interacting with someone who had directly interacted with one. No one at the temple had any direct interaction with the god they worshipped, as far as Jumi knew. “Don’t worry about me. Just like she says, I might not compare to a goddess, but I’ll do this good.” Of course, learning a goddess used to this meant it would be much harder to do it in a way that might impress Nall, it was not the answer she had expected. But she committed to it, beginning to spread the shampoo around working the fingers gently but firmly through the skin, more carefully with the wings, as suggested. She liked to tease and joke, but she did not push more on the jokes about Nall flirting with Mitsuko. Though it felt unlikely, she did give her thoughts on one of the things he said. “Meetings gods could be interesting. Can’t overly rely on them, or we would probably already see a lot more of them, but who knows, maybe we could meet a few.” Was there a chance of the Maxim doing something for Shinigami? Maybe not likely, but it was such an u usual circumstance, she had to wonder if something would happen, if they went to the altar room later.
  19. He other girl was remaining quiet, maybe it was better if this Dalton guy interacted with her. Dai might have had trouble with someone like that. That was Ryoko’s thought anyway. She did not get involved in the conversation between Maray and Dalton, could he pay for it though? If he had the job she was worried about, she had to wonder. Not like she had much cash though. Mister fancy idol manager had a good chance of having the deepest pockets of the four, not that he showed it off much, the suit he wore even to a place like this being the biggest hint. Dai gave another small hint, handing Maray the money for himself and Ryoko, plus a decent tip. “Nice as usual. But don’t spect too many favors as reward.” She noted as she began to drink. She would pay him back a little later. With money. Dai already understood she had complicated feelings, even in a place like this, about doing ‘favors’ in return for buying something. She might do it from time to time, but it felt too much like a job she was trying to avoid. Dai tried to avoid any tension over the name by addressing Maray’s other question. “I was the first in the line, did not see me ch behind me. While there were others, we don’t seem to have a big crowd yet.” That was his impression at least, from what he heard behind him, and watching people come in after he was in.
  20. I will rely on your research. It is something I know nothing about (hence my characters making requests for recommendations). I’ll go look and maybe get a reply in among maybe a few others tonight.
  21. Ah, Nall was being cute about this. Jumi coukd give him a proper washing. Most, if not all of his body. She would not intionallly do anything to…excite him. But maybe she would be thorough in the washing. But she could wait a little before deciding that. “Alright, let’s get this done good. First time?” For a guardian like Nalll, usually in a world of gods and such, she actually did wonder if he even needed or had such cleaning in the past. It seemed like it would be difficult for him to wash himself, beyond soaking in water, with a body like that. She used her hand to pour some water on him, working down his body with several handfuls, not yet getting the shampoo on him, as she waited for the answer. She did not immediately respond to the talk of Shinigami working on her, after Mitsuko finished washing Shinigami, though she did look forward to it, she would have to make sure to give Nall a good washing first, at least his body being small helped.
  22. Almost as soon as they sat, the other pair found their way over. Well, it was not too surprising. This was the place people were most likely to go after the lobby, especially while the crowd was still light. The four of them might together until those two went off to discuss their business, They probably were not followed for the reasons Ryoko was worried about. She remained a little edgy, though, but did not intend to talk about it here. “Something hard. To drink.” She quickly added, knowing what Maray had below. That sort of hardness would come later. Though it remained to be seen from who. She kept her joke to herself about what the man, Dalton said. Maray could choose whether or not to tell him about the ‘eel’ she had. “Your recommendation, for something lighter. I might have to watch her first a bit.” Dai answered Maray, he would have introduced himself to the other pair maybe, but Maray gave their names. No harm in their first names being known at least. Ryoko was probably overthinking things, though he could not blame her, in her position. Either way, first names were probably harmless. “Careful about giving Ryoko too much to drink, she might be tempted to dance on stage.” The customers were paying for a good show, attractive as Ryoko was, no one probably wanted to watch a drunk woman with no dancing experience flail around on stage…probably. Ryoko might also regret it the next day.
  23. Alexandrine looked to the face that waved her over. Not a familiar one, but even she did not know everyone who came here. So many teams from such a wide area. And this was her convention in a few years, there would have been a number who started in her inactive days that she missed finding about. Not helped by how distracted she had been. Only interacting with a small number. What she said was a little strange though. ”Dark aura?” A Knight with a dark aura? That was a little unsettling, though she could only hope she was not giving off such now. “Exactly what do you mean?” Just a less pleasant personality? Or something truly darker? The name mentioned made her uneasy too. Maybe she should head to Elie’s soon after all. Not just for the apology, but she waited a little to see if she could be told anymore, to get an idea if it was a real threat to Elie or not. She had to hope Rin could find Emi. In the worst case though, she might have to leave without Emi.
  24. I might or might not get one in before bed. If I don’t get one in in the next hour or so, feel free to get your post in, Chiyako. If I don’t get it in tonight, I’ll probably get one in early tomorrow.
  25. Then I’ll wait for that, was quieter than I expected today, have some other replies to do elsewhere.
