    Well. I missed a lot having to be in meetings in the office all day.

    Remember the dice mechanics: Roll 2d6+Stat. Your result ranges are: 6 or less = Miss (negative consequences) 7–9 = Weak Hit (success with cost/complication) 10 or more = Strong Hit (full success) So if someone is getting +3 to a roll, the LOWEST they could get is 5. Statistically they have an 8.33% chance to roll a total of 2 or 3 for a result of 6 or less, so they have a 91.67% chance of success EVERY time they roll. That person is going to kick ass with that stat, often with unforeseen side consequences (33.33% of the time), but they'll still succeed. Conversely, someone with a -1 to a stat will fail (roll a total of 6 or less) 58.33% of the time.
