OOC Info

1. All characters must be written/played as 21 years old (if they aren't already older).
2. A partner's RL-gender is immaterial to me. I don't care if you're male, female, transgender, a sentient plant, a hyper-advanced AI, a particularly perverted alien from Omicron-Persei 8, whatever; all I care about is if you're enjoying yourself and are a good RPer.
3. I enjoy OOC chunnering about personal headcanons, plotting, sharing character-reflective music, etc.
4. I generally prefer a fairly laidback post frequency--think a reply every 1-4 days or so--but I'm more than fine with several days passing between posts, so long as you keep me in the loop. I'll shelve a line if more than nine days pass without a response. (If that happens and you want to continue, PM me and we can chat.)
5. If you want/need to end a line, let me know. I'd never want you to continue something you aren't feeling.

Writing Style & Length
3rd-person past tense POV only (some writing samples are provided here if interested.) While I admittedly go a bit overboard with openers, my typical post size is 3-4 paragraphs, which I ask partners be comfortable with matching. As for "competency", all I ask is for partners to take pride in—and put effort into—their responses. Everyone makes mistakes, and I certainly won't lash out for the occasional mistake (and hope you're the same). But frequent spelling and grammar errors, one-liners, and painfully lazy/sloppy/illegible posts just kill my RP drive. I'm equally comfortable with story-driven smut and sex-centric PWPs wholly deserving of this disclaimer; one-shots, short-term and long-term are fine.
 

Desired Themes
I'm mainly seeking lines with a largely noblebright feel. Copious humor and comedy (scenarios where the characters can genuinely have fun and enjoy themselves). Highspirited, shamelessly-campy adventure. Smutty goodness and passionate playful sensuality! Good fights and battles that can lead to quiet, subtle moments of character growth! In short, hardedged "Fuck you!" positivity. I'm particularly keen on adventure with a tone fitting a classic D&D game or old-school Dragon Quest/Final Fantasy JRPG, and comedic superhero settings that shamelessly revel in their campier aspects and take them seriously in their own right!
I'll pass on lines that are dark and aggressively/suffocatingly self-serious, or full of gratuitous angst/drama and perpetual Dickensian-level suck.

Let's Talk Romance...
I'm a sap, and no mistake. When it comes to romance, I particularly seek lines with a generally lighthearted and sweet feel. Think plenty of smutty loving romance, affection, fluff and general intimacy between our characters. Give me couples with a happy, healthy and generally stable relationship, where said relationship is not the main source of conflict! While sugary-sweet loving fluffiness between an openly-affectionate couple is always delightful, I'm also a fan of what I like to call "challengingly-yet-happily ever after". You know, those relationships where their rivalry is as red-hot (and unceasing) as their mutual fondness, or how they ceaselessly bust each other's chops yet always have each other's back.
I'll pass on scenarios that fetishize toxic relationships, or that romanticize/eroticize abuse as someone's emotionally-stunted asshole way of showing love. Romantic melodrama (constant pining and angst, love triangles, the "Will They or Won't They?" trope in general) also doesn't really interest me.

"Sex positivism" is the main focus in my kinky funtimes: Passionate sensuality, everybody's consenting (and seeking consent's kinky in itself, vanilla isn't frowned upon or sneered at, and all parties retain their basic dignity.
