  9. This topic is where you create monster characters the appear in Vern for Heroes to fight on Quests. You can introduce a monster that you made into one of the topics of Lands of Vern, having them cause trouble for a village or person. That will cause a Quest to be made to hunt that monster and when the Heroes get there and find them, your monster character will have to fight them. The fight can end in four ways, 1)The monster is killed, 2)the monster is captured and taken to The Hold, a place where monsters are cared for and raised, mostly to collect Items from them or to study.3)The monster can Escape and appear later in a new location or 4)the monster can become a Familiar of Hero or 5) the monster wins. If that happens The monster will take one or all of the defeated Heroes back to their lair(See Monster Lairs Topic). Once there the monster will A:mate with it’s captives, using them as a sexual playthings or a breeding Partner. The heroes would have to try and escape or be rescued. B:Will keep the Heroes captive, the monster being curious about them and having a more gentle side. This can lead to a bond forming or sexual acts that happen more naturally. The Hero can leave after a while, becoming friends with the Monster. The Hero can also choose to return to the lair to visit the monster or make the monster a Familiar. C:The monster tries to corrupt the Heroes, turning them into slaves that will do their bidding, like bringing more people for the monster to enslave. How the fight will go between a Monster and a Hero needs to agreed upon by the members that will be playing both parties in a private chat before the rp starts. If any one has a idea for a monster they would like to make for this world, feel free to add it in the monster Guide topic as I want a wide range of them and could use all the help I can get. If you have any questions, about making monsters or anything, let me know.

  24. The World of Zoria was a one that existed in the same place in the cosmos as the one that held Vern, but in a parallel dimension. Unlike the world which Vern was in, Zoria was a place filled will a energy called Mana that made the world and it’s people beings of magic. It was a mostly peaceful place, the lands protected by a Government of powerful Wizards that kept the peace. But in a dark corner of the Zoria, a Incubus, a demon that drew power lust and evil desires, was born with a strange power. His body produced a corrupt Mana, that warped the natural Mana of Zoria turning the beings in it into twisted, lust hungry versions of themselves. As the Incubus started to corrupt more and more of the world, his already incredible power grew stronger and by the time the Wizards reached him, his power was to great for them to fight and they were forced to retreat. As the Incubus’s evil slowly consumed the World, the people becoming his slaves, the wizards came up with a plan to make a one way rift that would send the Incubus to another world and trap him there, a desperate last effort to defeat him. But to make a rift between worlds would take a huge amount of Mana and so they built a device that could hold and use the ManaHeart, the magic core of Zoria that produced the Mana of the World, to power the spell for the rift. The Wizards faced the Incubus again and activated the device. The explosion of pure Mana engulfed the Incubus and tore a giant hole in the fabric between dimensions, pulling Incubus inside. But before he could disappear completely the Incubus managed to pull himself out. He quickly defeated the Wizards, turning them into slaves for him. The rift was still open, powered be the ManaHeart, which the Incubus found that even he wasn’t strong enough to corrupt yet. The Incubus focused back on spreading his Mana to the whole world, growing his power. The rift that the Wizards had opened led to Vern and caused the ManaHeart to flooded the land with pure Mana, which changed some of the world and gave the some people supernatural Gifts. It also weakened the dimensional fabric across the whole world, which caused small rifts to appear, that let corrupted creatures into Vern. The ManaHeart acted as a barrier, keeping the Corrupted Mana of the Incubus out of Vern, but after the Incubus had spread his mana over all of Zoria, he focused on corrupting the ManaHeart. It fought back against the Incubus’s power, but very slowly was losing, causing Corrupt Mana to Leak into Vern, which started to cause the Lust Rages in the Gifted.
