  1. Why not grab tits?
  2. Personnel files weren't much of a thing in the Union. Hell, even the name Union was a stretch. They were hardly a coalition. What Magda knew of Emily's liberation was pieced together from snippets of conversations, what scant info was in her medical files and service record. What Magda knew for certain was it could not have been easy and none of them knew the Hive like she did. "90 days?" She asked, looking at the young pilot. She looked at the tablet and flipped back to the map from her requisition. "That's a hell of a long time to hold that outpost against both the kaiju and the Hive. Until we can recruit some pilots from the outpost, you're probably going have to pend a lot of time in that new Hive frame." She looked up, "And that girl of yours is not going to be happy about that. But, there are going to be a lot of stand-up fights and I don't want either of you getting killed." The captain rubbed her eyes with one hand, trying to force some clear, easy way to a victory for the inhabitants of the Hive's sacrificial outpost. "Fuck, We have to hold it. They'll kill them all if we don't." Magda sighed. "Is it possible to sneak in say, weekly, for months and reduce the dosage even more slowly." Magda knew the answer without finishing the sentence. 'No. The Hive's maintenance crews will be in before the reductions will have any effect.' "Yeah, no. That's no better." She looked up at Emily. "I need you to hold that drone and fill their news feed with us protecting the outpost. Once Gears gets Patune's mass driver working and we get that new frame jail-breaked, we're going back. For a long stay. Can you get together a primer on how we can not make this harder on those people than we have to?" Magda cocked her head to the side and gave an amused, suggestive smile. "Yeah," she purred, willingly letting the younger woman get the best of her, "distracting." The captain set the tablet aside. Leaning back in her chair, Magda gestured around the small room that acted as her office. "We're alone here already, and it seems you're feeling yourself a little." Magda crooked her finger at her pilot with a shameless smile and twinkle in her eye, "Guess the real question is can I feel you too?"
  3. FATE doesn't really do healing in the traditional fantasy RPG vein. But, we can work it in as she creates buffs as she zooms around the battlefield and speeds healing outside combat. Does this motorcycle-bunny maybe turn into a kind of engineer battlesuit once she reaches the battlefield?
  4. Not guilty. I have never played online chess at all. Next poster has a Board Game Arena account and plays frequently.
  5. @DreamsnThings, if you want a motorcycle-like mecha, it would probably be something like a mount. Some kind of cyborg direwolf, tiger or something. Or is it some kind of Transformer?
  6. The mechanics are pretty secondary - it's all hooked to story. Can you share two short phrases or sentences that tell us something about your mech mechanic? If you want, she can be a pilot instead. That might be more "action oriented" but there's all kind of stories available. Healing isn't a thing in Fate, but I think we could use a doctor too, if you prefer. Mechanic, carrier pilot, Hive citizen being liberated, all kinds of things on the table. For the Captain, Magda, one is I was born to this For your mechanic it could be something like Kaiju are people too since the BioFrames are part kaiju. It says that she values and understands the organic component and might be more inclined to defend or protect a monster than other people, maybe in a way that complicates things. But because she understands them, she con relate to the better, allowing her to liberate them more easily too.
  7. Guilty. On more than one count. Certainly driving multiple times. I also don't take meetings too seriously so there may have been some incidents... Next poster has bought a cookbook this year.
  8. I was trying to - what did I grab instead?
  9. Can the Dao be named?
  10. "Relax." The captain said softly trying to soothe the younger pilot. "Stress. Nicstix. Both of us still worked up from the BioFrames - it's a lot." She paused, and smiled, "And not, I'm not coming on to you. At least not yet. I'll probably try that later, after we have this sorted out." As Emily explained why weaning the outpost off the e-blockers completely without actually taking it over wouldn't work, the Captain listened closely. "This is why you're here - to keep me from getting anyone killed." She said, pursing her lips to one side as the fought chewing her lip. "So, we give it a week, move in with the war-classes and hold it, while we wean them the rest of the way off? With us there - say I can get a doctor from command and maybe a couple of medics - how long before we can safely have them completely off?" "I am. I know, she's tiny, but the stories you've heard are true - my mother was pregnant with me when she took over piloting Patune when my dad was killed. I've been real cozy with frames for a long time." She gave a wink and a smile, "Pretty girls who smoke too much too, It's not just that it's bad for you - it's, uh, let's say distracting, for me." The Captain turned swiped the slate to the requisition app, and thumbprinted access to the personnel system. "You, go get some rest - I'm going to see if I can get us a doctor." She paused and looked up, "Would it be okay if I came up to your perch and came on to you later?"
  11. Not guilty. As an avid roleplayer I tend to create alteregos based on the story that has presented itself. Even at the game table I've never used a persistent character from one campaign to the next. ADD, I guess. Next poster has one OC that use consistently, if not exclusively.
  12. Guilty-ish. I have been to Bangkok but the stay was brief and proscriptive. I would like to go back and wander between Muay Thai events, eat street food, find little restaurants to point at things in menus I can't read and check out a Thai TV fanmeet. Next poster suspects I'm concealing sex tourism in that confession.
  13. Magda could see the dark fury rising in Emily's face. "They have a much better shot now, right? They've got us - not just the Union, but you, me Patune and Scyllia, right?" The captain pushed her field chair back from the little table and stepped around to stand beside the younger pilot and drop one arm across her shoulders and pull her shoulder to Magda's hip. "You're who's going to get them loose, without the painful road to freedom you had to walk." She spun the tablet back to this side of the desk and activated it again. She zoomed out the last view to include the river, "Can Scyllia get us both here?" She asked, marking a spot near the outpost in the river. "That way we can slip in and figure out if that is the food plant." A dark finger panned the view toward the ocean. "We can have the carrier drop us over here, and we can put Patune out with Flora and Granite - hopefully the brute won't get himself killed without me, but they'll be nearby and we can bail if we need to." Payarkoon stopped suddenly, "Hang on! What if we just sneak in and turn down the amount of e-blockers once a week. Just never say anything, then show up calm and friendly after the dosage has been halved or something?"
  14. Not guilty. Even my ex-wife, who made the divorce and shared custody of the kids miserable afterwards, I remember how hot she looked in that pink tennis dress, finding our cats, trips to Vegas and Mexico. Next poster made a terrible choice, that by all measures should have ended in disaster, but ended up being hugely pleasant and successful.
  15. Guilty. I've actually told it - or part of it. A while back there was an accusation that I replied to with something about opting out of anal with a girl, because my own ass was still kind of sore from a rough night with a john. There;s some fucked up there, sure. But, I never really explained to her what the issue was - I think, looking back on it, she'd have been at least okay with the trick and probably more than okay, but I just didn't want to either fuck her in the ass or deal with it, I just kinda said, "Nah, I'm good." But, we kind of drifted apart afterwards - we had been close, but I don't think she felt seen or appreciated. I ran into her years later and there was nothing of the excitement that had run for several years. Next poster is a good communicator.
  16. Guilty. Would you like a list? Yes? Gladly. Commando, Split Second, The Blood of Heroes (Salute of the Juggerfor those of you outside the US), Blind Fury - there are a lot of Rutger Hauer films in here... the entire Hellraiser series of films after the first one. Caligula.. Need I continue? Next poster has an obscure art house film they recommend to anyone who will listen.
  17. Guilty. I lost a fountain pen - it isn't an especially rare or expensive pen, a Parker Sonnet, specifically, but it was both a gift and the first "nice fountain" pen I ever owned. I took it to work one day and have never seen it since. And countless opportunities... Next poster has never used a fountain pen.
  18. Guilty. Been looking at a 14mm or 15mm penis plug but I don't really have a plan for my 12's. Next poster prefers a flexible toy over a rigid one.
  19. On point one I think you run it as "combat" the way many modern systems use a combat like system for chases or social conflicts. An approach I've suggested, though not worked on in any serious way, is to have an orgasm threshold - much like 2d20 has for extended tasks (or it could be analogous to hit points or stress) - and as sexual "attacks" succeed, the "target" gets closer to climax. I think the fun strategy part of this is both (or all) participants hitting their thresholds in the same turn (an extra experience if they do it on the same action). On point two, the request for play testers would go in the RP Discussion topic as a new thread. The actual play test would go in the Roleplays section. Good luck, and keep us posted on the results, please.
  20. Are you still feeling this or has your disillusionment with the site made this moot?
  21. Guilty. In a burn unit. Debriding, skin grafts... Good times. Don't pour gasoline on your friends, kids. Next person has been hurt by wrecking a motorcycle.
  22. Not guilty. First saw a counselor in the late 70's. TA is about as scientific as the MBTI. Which is to say, "Based on some other guy's work, not backed by any science and, unless you're the tests were done by someone affiliated with transactional analysis, the studies to support it are non-existent." After I got divorced I went to court ordered anger management and sought out a therapist. Both helped, but by being a rational observer and pointing out choices I was making that weren't as helpful as I thought. Next poster found sobriety without a "program"
  23. Was just finishing my plea to Izzy's accusation when Wicked posted hers. Guilty. And I need to make clear HOW INTENSELY OFF-PUTTING this guy was. I have slept in an actual pig sty, woken up drunk in an Asian gutter, bought dog meat in a Korean open market back when that was still a thing, been locked up, paid for sex, been paid for sex, won and lost fist fights, been to a goddamn donkey show - I am NOT squeamish. My Marine Corps buddy's dad gave me the absolute "ick" when I first met him and it never went away. I have never been able to figure out what it is precisely, but yeah, that dude gave me the creeps at first sight. His temper is terrible and violent, but that's not especially rare or something that bugs or frightens me, but every time I saw him I got the creeps. To Wicked 's accusation I plead "Not Guilty". I simply do not believe. Next poster has more than 20 houseplants.
  24. Not guilty. My natural sleep pattern seems to be a few hours from early morning to kind of 9am, then another few hours around 4pm - adds up to pretty much 8 hours, but I get restless once I wake up. Next poster works 3rd shift.
  25. Not guilty. The chemistry frightens me. Next poster drinks sweet tea.
