Speaking from personal experience here when I say that even using a single topic for almost an entire town is possible. It depends on which topics tend to be used a lot more. Of course, it can be hard to tell this early on. If I were you, I would try and see how it goes without adding potentially unnecessary topics as the more there are, the more confusing things can get and you will end up with topics that hardly ever get activity. So perhaps hold off on making anything new and if the need arises, you can add it at that time.

I try to be fairly blunt as it most often gets the points across easier and faster. There is certainly nothing negative insinuated when I make comments and/or suggestions. One more thing though: It is generally considered bad to "assume control" over the characters of others. Thank you very much. I like to have a wide variety of "types" to play as. It also helps to provide more options to play as. Though I am not sure if a goblin would fit at all (one of my favourite races).
