I completely agree, but people need to make the effort to commit after all. That is not my job to get them to do.

There can be many reasons why some people who either not joined with a character, not done much or not even made any in the first place. So it is very much case to case. I have thought about tagging them in OOC or contacting iva EcchiText to hear what is going on, but I would rather just focus on those who are active. Know what I mean? Otherwise, I could spend a lot of time and energy on no-shows and lurkers.

You are completely right - time counting will be tedious, stressful, tough to keep track of and so on. I propose this: I make a suggestion in OOC from time to time, asking for the general feel for doing event A, B, C and so on and if there is general consensus to do it, we do so :3 It helps me a lot to get YOUR input to help shape the club into what feels easy, natural and fun

I just hope I can get more back into things ^^ to me, sex is sometthing that comes easy to some characters (like LuBelle triplets) and all the way to probably never (Karnis). For me it very much depends on a lot of stuff.

I guess I just cannot see the appeal of that whatsoever. I personally don't need that dynamic to have a great time with my partners.

I don't really see a correlation between leadership and "dominance". A fetish belongs in sex and is not really a thing you do outside of it, in my book. How would you see it being relevant outside of sex? Controlling other people...which is basically what dominating means.
