Greetings and welcome back! I kept the place nice and warm for you all, while you were away How are you doing this fine day?

Fairly simple idea that springs to mind: A mother who had a son who went to war. Unfortunately, he did not make it through and was deadly injured in battle. His body was afterwards brought home and according to tradition, his corpse was sent out to sea, to the afterlife.

The demon woman's grin grows a bit in size and intensity as the student seems to openly admit to have conducted against the Codex, though she wonders what in the world would possess her to do this. Rather than outright doing the "right thing", she intends to try and dive deeper into this - there might be some juicy gossip at least, right? She moves closer, the silence of the library only broken by her high heels on the floor."Ohhh, I can show you around you if you need it. Hmmmmm...who is this Elder of yours? What made you have such devious...thoughts about them? You know...I could technically punish you...for it", she says, her voice dripping with a lewd undertone.

"It's allright. You just spoke your mind and I really prefer that rather than you being silent around me. Besides, we always make things okay again, right?", she says with a bigger smile on her face and a hand lingering on his shoulder for a bit longer before finally letting it go and settling herself onto the bed once more and letting the movie draw to a conclusion, which isn't too far off. Once it does end, she looks at him."I hope you are having a good time in my presence, awkwardnes and all, haha", she says and even laughs a bit and then moves to get the DVD out of her player device. She then looks expectingly at him, as he seemed to have a movie in mind as the next one.

I am pretty good ^^ just getting myself some food and ready to do some replies. I will be offline from the site for several hours though, as it's my weekly tabletop RPG day and some of my guests come by quite early, as we enjoy to play somes games before we are all together and about to start. Do you have any plans for the day?

It does feel nice when you have nearly all or all of your stuff replied to ^^ Any plans for the day? I did take it upon myself to make announcement topics for all clubs of mine that could use it.

As long as it's nice and calm, it seems like a decent time to be alive

Yoko really didn't mean it as harsh as Hiro probably thinks, so she puts a calm and reassuring hand onto his shoulder as well."Sorry if I made it seem more strong than intended. To be clear: I cannot physically have children, but there are things like adoption and such. I...just really need to find someone I wish to settle down with and all...you know", she says, the last part uttered with a bit more joy to it, thankfully.

Veronica is spending time in the grand library, especially since the librarian position is unfullfilled for now. So she helps out where the staff roles are not covered, the best she can. While she walks around here, inspecting various books and in general just acting as the substitute, she finds herself pretty much alone and without a whole lot to do as it was left pretty neatly lately. Thus, her work her is limited. Though she eventually sees someone who looks a bit confused. From her knowledge it looks like a fairy of some sort. So she approaches, her high heels clanking against the marbled floor of the library."Excuse me. Can I help you miss?", she asks softly, with her trademark smirk decorating her face. @LazarusLuna

Yoko still cannot really wrap her mind around any of these functions of being alive, like eating, drinking and such. She doesn't really mind them as such. It is more the reactions she may get from not participating in such activities with others. However, she does get a certain impression from what he is saying, that she then expresses to him."Are you saying I cannot marry or have family if I wish? I have the body of an adult already, so I don't really have any growing to do...if I didn't know you, I would have the feeling that you think my life is empty as undead...", she says, frowning lightly.
