Welcome back everyone! For me it's gonna be sitting around idly until my lectures finish, then studying (or trying to) for most of the day, then coming back to EcchiDreams and/or watching some dumb shit on YT. So, basically, the usual

I can retake some courses in the next semesters, but I would rather pass it right now (I think understandably )

The one today I passed without an issue (and I also got new that I passed the exams I had last week), but it's the one this Thursday that I'm worried about Thanks for the concern though!

@Thatannoyinggod Sounds like a good idea! As long as you don't mind waiting on me for too long, I think I could even drop a reply every now and then (since I end up spending my evenings on EcchiDreams anyways, despite my best efforts at not getting distracted :x)

Sounds like another great idea for an event Kinda makes me wish we had multiple "horizontal" classes at each year that could compete with each other. But I guess we could just have teams for the event!

I'll just drop in to not lurk awkwardly and say hello I soooooo wish that I had time to engage into a scene right now :v Why do we need to have exams? A dance or a ball would be amazing, Jen! I can already see so many of my characters in a scenario like that!

[ OOC: Mind if we fade-to-black this scene? Either that, or we can pick this up when I get to have a bit more time on my hands ] "Oh, n-no, you were quite capable yourselves!" Anpu smiled, as usual finding it rather difficult to respond to all the regard she was given. She instinctively took a small step back as they approached, blushing as she felt their eyes on her body, her hands raising slightly, defensively. "Oh- I..." she stuttered, her eyes taking in the sight of the surrounding girls, unsure which exactly to focus on. Why was it suddenly so warm in here? "I think... I'd like that~" she finally answered, feeling the rate of her heartbeat increase. She should have expected that it all would have ended like this. Well maybe she did. Maybe it was the very reason why she even came here. Because what else could have happened after she agreed to meet three lust demons by herself...?

She inhaled quietly, hearing him enter the room, and froze for a split second, unsure if she should maybe say something... And exhaled without a word, deciding to dress herself back up first. If they needed to have an argument, she wouldn't be having it naked. She tied her bra, buttoned up a white shirt - one that matched the Academy's dress code, pulled up an undamaged pair of panties and the same pair of pants as yesterday... He was gone when she finished, probably dressing up as well, as she gathered from the lack of his clothes where she left them. She glanced at the clock, which signaled that she would most definitely be late if she didn't get a move on right now. Not a great showing for the second day of lessons. But then coming out like that she'd raise even more questions than by not coming at all. Maybe she could just skip it and get a note that she was still recovering from the duel or something similar... It wouldn't be exactly untrue. By the time he came back she had finished tidying up the disorder of the last night's. She sat down on the bed, watching him grab up the food from the toaster, unsure what exactly to do. It felt like she needed to say something - silence certainly wasn't helping things. But what could she say? "I understand how you feel?" She didn't. She barely understood her own feelings right now. "I'm sorry?" She wasn't. She didn't owe him anything. "It could never have worked out?" Yeah, just kick him while he's down, right? Lyn breathed out, letting the silence continue.

Yeah, I'm just making sure Imma say give it a try. Combined with the event system, I feel that it can help the setting progress and feel more alive.

Hard for me to say, really. My first reaction is to say that it would take away from that slice-of-life feeling of the club and its identity, but then slice-of-life does require something that would keep it from becoming boring. I do think that some smaller stories or plots happening in the background (like the mentioned vending machine story) do help keep the world alive, but I'm uncertain how deep into it you'd want to lean, to ensure that you're not making the club revolve exclusively around these plots. I do have a feeling like only a few students would actually participate in that - at least that was my experience with the vending machine, when I proposed a pursuit of that to I think Ruben and Keya. That said, the reason behind it may be just because it wasn't made clear whether you wanted people engaging in that, so with the right setup it may work - it is after all a way to give a prompt to users, which is something I've been advocating for.

Yeah, I do definitely understand and agree with the idea of opening staff slots when people go missing, I'm just curious as to why not allow Edgar to remain if you are also allowing TAG to create another character to fill up... that same position.

...Why wouldn't it be possible to just keep Edgar, if nobody took the position while it was open? Also, to reference your previous post since I got (pleasantly) interrupted as I was responding to it: Yeah, I am holding up multiple posts at this point. I'd respond more often, but I have scarcely time to do so with my finals right around the corner, and an arrangement of other important exams leading up to them. I'll most likely be able to get more active sometime around March, and maybe in the latter weeks of February. Sorry for the wait! Well it is good that you're back around. We certainly need more people coming round to the club

Dude, I was just reminiscing on the fact that you left. I was sure at this point that you were a goner lol. For heaven's sake, next time please at least inform people what is going on and why/how long are you going to be gone for. That said, holy crap I missed you :x

Yeah, it's a shame Thatannoyinggod just disappeared again :v It's been really enjoyable writing with his characters, both the librarian and the others (I miss good ol' Edgar :')) I'm completely with you on that - and now that I think of it, the new announcement thread will be helpful at setting up these events. I'm really curious how it's going to work out! Only wish we had some more members

Ayy, glad to see that you considered my event idea ^-^ Also, I'd recommend people to follow said announcement thread - you won't get notifications otherwise. On another note, it seems we'll be getting a third new librarian, heh. Poor Anpu's gonna go crazy.
