At her continuing to give him information, he smiles, hoping this means she will help him. At her brief explanation of how to get one, he frowns a little as he thinks. "Well I doubt we will be able to find one around here. As for the ritual, where could I find the information to do that? And...how in the world do I go about producing one?" He hopes his tone isn't indignant, he just is new to this particular area of magic and monster life and is a little confused without further explanation.

Ruben walked into the classroom, nodding to her as he made his way to an empty desk. Once he sat down and heard her question, he sat in thought for a moment. "Hm... well, for one, to be honest, I am in a school filled with monsters. Having some way to be on even close to the same level is tempting. Though most of my reason is that I had read that familiars can give the summoner a new perspective on themselves, along with the familiar can aid the summoner in various tasks and difficulties. I run into a creative block, along with get too focused on things, and I thought maybe a familiar could help me out." He fidgeted in his seat a little as he tried to explain it. His eyes kept wandering around her various notes and things spread around the room.

When the blue haired human saw the demon teacher he smiled a little. "Oh! Miss LuBelle, I didn't know you were here. It's Ruben Damil, from your Monster Society classes. You actually might be the best person to talk to about this." He still stood out in the hallway, not wanting to walk over her or such. He remembered that she could get very heated quickly, and he didn't want that to get pointed at him negatively. "I was wanting to learn more information about familiars, especially the ways a human might get one."

[New Scene: TAGx @JennyDK] Ruben made his way to the magic wing, hoping he was going the right way. As a human with no powers or such, he never really saw a need to come over here aside from wait outside for Keya or Lucy. This time though, he was coming here for himself. He had heard some talk recently about familiars and that even humans could possibly summon one. When he found a classroom that seemed to have someone inside, he knocked on the door. "Hello? I was hoping I could find someone to give me some information about something."

Well, I have a question that might help everyone have an idea of what kind of dance it is. @JennyDK, since all of this was your idea, what was the dress code you were thinking about for the dance? Casual clothes, slightly nicer casual clothes, school uniforms, or tuxedo/suits and dresses? The kind of thing @Icarian Dreams/I were referring to is more of a casual to nicer casual dressing where as a prom style will be tux/suit and dresses. As for music, either setting could work well for a healthy mixture of EDM/dance music, possibly popular pop, and some slow songs for couples to dance to. As for @Solomon idea for the Danse Macabre, I don't know if this current event might fit for that, but if Sol is ok with it, maybe we can make it a plan to do for a following event. That way we can fully explore it and it have the meaning for the story that I feel that it should, because I absolutely love the idea of the school having events that specifically pay homage to certain monster/people's cultures.

I'll admit, I was thinking of this as a American high-school dance, almost like prom or such (though maybe not so dressed up). If we are going to have different themed locations, we might need more locations and have @JennyDKrestate them in the announcements for which location is which theme.

He let out a little chuckle as she said his surname. He knew everyone had issues saying it, but he did get a little enjoyment seeing them struggle around it. When she introduced herself, he let out a bit of a smile. Oh good, a student. Nothing stressful. His demeanor seemed to relax more, his voice lightening to his normal way of talking. He remembered the girl, mostly because she was always grouped with a human and a very troublesome dragon. "Ah yes, Lucy. I'm sorry, you can just call me Edgar. I apologize for the cold greeting, this morning was just a little stressful, and I was worried you might be someone else. How can I help you." He relaxed back down into his chair, the wildflowers still sprouting around him.. He sat with his hands crossed on his desk as he listened to her explain her reason for visiting him. When she said that she was wanting to help with the music, he beamed at her. "Well that makes me very happy to hear. We actually haven't found anyone to run the music just yet, so this is great that you have offered. What kind of music were you thinking would fit this event? I will admit that we will probably have some visitors joining us, so keep that in mind." His gaze was completely focused on her, the wildflowers reacting to his excitement as they seemed to grow more and bloom happily. "I am glad to see the initiative coming from you. Good job."

Hallo everyone! How is everyone doing today?

After the Queen of Monsters had left, Edgar had about 15 minutes to himself before he heard another knock on his door. Another? My I am quite busy today. He had just enough time to stand up to prepare to go to the door when it opened up to show a slime girl @Icarian Dreams in the school's uniform. She looked familiar to him...but he quite couldn't place her name. He stood a little straighter than normal, using his more authoritarian voice. "Hello. How may I help you?" The plant life around him had lost the daffodils and small white flowers from earlier, leaving just the multi-colored wild flowers that are his normal. He motioned with his hand for her to take a seat at in front of his desk, a seat that suddenly rose from the ground as he did the hand motion.

Gotcha. Thats a pretty good idea. Thats a very good point. Well, I still offer Edgar up for overseeing the third location (whichever it is) Also I'll have Ruben open for the school dance and I'll have Kasey around for the city celebrations

I don't think characters should have to stay only in one location, especially if there's better scene opportunities for the different characters as long as everyone is conscious of the fact to not overload one location

Thats a good point, it might be awkward if Edgar oversees a portion of it if we possibly do any scenes with him and Mary, I know I had mentioned it to you before but I don't remember any hard plans being set yet

I could have Edgar oversee one as well if you guys think it would be a good idea. I also know that @Icarian Dreamswas hoping on being the DJ for their second year student Lucy. Other than that, I don't know if anything else has been planned or set yet

The city is about to have a parade and party going on to celebrate the coexistence of the humans and monsters. The school is having a dance/party as well. (Info as well in the club announcement tab of OOC Topics)

Well, I've got Ruben and Kasey open if either of you @JennyDKand @Godot would like to do a scene with them. Kasey could help someone get ready for the dance/city party and I wouldn't mind branching Ruben's contact with other students out. Also @SolomonI'm down to talk out any possible scenes or interactions with Lance anytime you want. I could see him loving either event going on
