Guilty. Coming up on my one year mark since I started. It's done a lot of good that I desperately needed but neglected for way too long, and I paid the price for it time and time again. Don't wait if you think you need help. I was also in therapy when I was a child. The next poster will sometimes lay in bed and stare at the ceiling with a completely empty head, and wake up the next morning not remembering when they even fell asleep.
