  1. Trying to think of a word to best describe Belle, the best I can come up with is "aggressive". I don't mean that in a bad way! By that I mean that both in and out of character she(preferred pronoun unknown?) is very direct, there's never any doubt on exactly where she wants to go with things and where she is trying to take them, which is a good contrast for me, who likes to build atmosphere, mood and setting. There are grammatical errors here and there that can sometimes make it difficult to know what she means in some spot, but it isn't enough to be a drawback and reading the context a bit more carefully can clear up any issues. She also never bugs me for replies! Something I can't stand and goes appreciated. Her responses are meaty and can be filled with multiple characters that are easy to differentiate when they speak or take actions, there's always plenty to work with and respond to. All in all, so far, I'm having a great time and can't wait to see what she throws at me next.
  2. There's a lot to be said about Jae but I'll keep it brief. She's wonderful to write with. She's open to ideas, she's considerate of mine and very patient with replies. In role play her character never feels like they break character, they have their own thoughts and feelings that they express inward and outwardly without going meta and always stick true to who they are described as at first. Her reply length is decent with good grammar, our interaction out of character is minimal but she's always kind and an all around sweetheart and she's very easy to plan with and make suggestions to about what to do next. She's enthusiastic about the story and I can always feel that she's looking forward to what happens next and is invested in where things will go. She's got her own life, so as long as you can be considerate of her time, you'll have plenty of fun.

  3. "Pablo" here, to any relevant parties who read this. Did I go off on Anna a bit when I was high on emotion for various reasons that set me off? Yes, I did. And it's been tearing me apart inside ever since. She can hate me, but I think the world of her still and didn't join the discord to cause problems, no matter how many people think otherwise. Have I vented? Absolutely, as I'm sure she also has, but I've only spoken to what actually happened and to why I've been so confused over recent things, and talking about how uncomfortable I was because I knew I was being watched. I have done nothing to try to lessen anyone's opinion of her, nor will I and I would NEVER knowingly hurt her. UNLIKE you, who decided to create a twisted narrative based on NOTHING, make a burner account to post on someone else's topic, this dragging someone into it who did not need to be and using her damage and history as A WEAPON, in the name of some self righteous bullshit trying to make yourself look like some anonymous hero while simultaneously making Anna feel like fingers were being pointed at her for it, when no one believed she had anything to do with it. As far as Alice goes? Lmao what in the actual fuck is going through people's heads? We play around. We have fun. That's literally it. Reality check, relevant parties. See "Glaze Az" sticker for reference. Next time any of you have something to say, I'm right here and I'm in the discord. I would be happy to talk. I have nothing to hide. Especially not behind burner accounts. Please. Enlighten me as to EXACTLY what it is that I did, because I'm fucking DYING to know. EDIT: 48 Hours later, not a fucking peep. Interesting. And for the record? I'm gonna preach self love because it's fucking important and, in fact, is not the "easy way out" and is incredibly difficult for many people and that lack of care makes it hard or impossible to make the improvements in themselves they want to make. I'm gonna try to put a little positivity when I can, wherever I can and that is NOT a drawback in character on my part, nor anyone else's who wants people to feel good about themselves. We're all a little damaged. We all need to reach out sometimes. Absolutely nothing is wrong with talking about how you're feeling and to call these people who MIGHT NOT have anyone else to talk to "playing victim" is sort of sick. Based on that message, Anna has bigger things to worry about in her own group of "friends", cause that's some psycho shit you're pulling. I'm not causing issues with anyone, nor is anyone I regularly talk to. Funny how that works. Also, there wasn't a "friends, perhaps even more". It was one sided.
  4. I've been kinda dead for a month or so
  5. This'll need a bump
  6. (I wish I was that lucky to have apologies heard and conversations had like adults about it.)
  7. Early last month? Success lead to failure. When's the last time you held yourself accountable and were the first to apologize to someone?
  8. You don't know how you got there. You don't know where there even is. You just know that you keep ending up here in front of that fire... That damned fire. You're not alone. Those who were once strangers sit around it with you, all looking at the fire and one another pensively, wondering if one can trust the other this time, when the time would inevitably come to step back into the fog... You've watched them slip into madness. You've watched them give up hope. You've watched them give one another up to whatever shadow stalks them through the fog. You've watched them stuck on a large hook, only to be taken away by the gnarled appendages of an otherworldly entity, just before making it to rescue them. Their eyes had been gouged out, heads bashed in, hearts pierced, bones broken... Yet, here they were, with you, time and time again, healed and well no matter what damage they sustained before ending up here again... Was this hell? What was this horrible place, and was there any hope of escape? These were your last thoughts as the fog once more began to roll in... --------------------------------------- If you've played Dead by Daylight, or even heard of it, you know how this is going to go. It's a splatterfest of nearly endless suffering with momentary reprieve about a small band of survivors doing all they can to pull together as they hold onto the hopes that when they escape this time, it will be the last time, no matter what that might mean for them. You may play as a survivor or as a killer and characters are allowed to rotate, as are killers and who plays them.

  9. [ Private Screening ] In the dead of night, the eve of Halloween, the last bus of the route drove through the empty streets, the only light around it being those from within and the headlights that broke through the pitch blackness ahead of it to keep track of the broken yellow lines on the asphalt. The driver's lidded eyes blink as they catch sight of a figure waiting by the reflective sign that shined in the darkness. The bus screeched to a stop and hissed as it lowered to accommodate the passenger about to board. With a baseball bat over his shoulder, a man stepped onto the bus and dropped a few coins into the fare terminal. Looking the man over, the bus driver said, "Some, ah... Some night for a Halloween party.", his attention now lingering on the vintage-style devil mask that the new passenger wore. The passenger's eyes shifted up and the sound of dropping coins ceased as he paused entirely, staring at the driver silently. The hand holding the bat gripped tighter, an audible creak coming from the wrapping against the gloves he wore. Eyes still on the driver, the final coin could be heard dropping and a chime came from a speaker. His eyes lingered in the driver a bit longer before he turned to step into the bus and find a seat. The driver, feeling weirdly intimidated by the bizarre figure that just stepped onto his transport, watched him go by, then shook his head and dragged his hand down his face. "Jeez... I hate Halloween.", He whispered to himself, having his fair share of nutjobs come aboard over the years. The Passenger walked slowly through the aisle as the vehicle began to move, but he did not lose balance even slightly. Other passengers, common folk who were going home after work or after shopping, anywhere they may have been and then needed to go, watched him pass by, some of them tried to scoot closer to the window as he neared them. Finally, finding an empty row of aisle-facing seats, he sat himself down, his head hanging limp between his shoulders as he leaned forward, resting his forearms on his knees. His shoulders visibly rose and fell, as though he was catching his breath. Across from him, a row forward, a little boy was turned to look at him over the edge of his seat, curious, his mother looking out the window beside him and paying no mind. His eyes were wide and fixed on the bat that was held to tightly in the Passenger's hand, splashed with something red, the thick end of it dripping onto the floor below. The Passenger noticed this as well as his eyes drifted up to the bat from the floor where it dripped, then glanced over to see the boy looking at him. They shared eye contact for an extended few moments, then he slowly lifted his slender finger to the smiling mouth of the colorful devil mask... -------------------------------- Ever heard of Hack/Slash? This idea is inspired greatly by the adventures of Cassie Hack, a comic book serial killer killer. We all wish we could be that person. The person who stands up, who says "no", who knows that there is wrong out there and wants to make it right, who yearns for real justice for those who have been wronged in the most horrible of ways. Unfortunately, we also all believe that there is a "right way", so we rest on our faith that "the system" will work. This is a story about people who do not give a fuck about the system. Who know there is no real justice, that too many go with too light of punishment or none at all that deserve it. My character, a so far unnamed young man with a bone to pick (or, several) with killers decided years ago that he had nothing more to lose and wasn't about to sit around anymore while people were murdered in cold blood. With a collection of vintage Halloween masks that he wears on every outing and a toolkit of different things to maim the guilty, justice is taken into his hands... No, not justice. Punishment. Your character can be whoever you like and could meet him in a variety of ways, such as a scenario similar to the beginning of Fear Street Part One, except he isn't too late to stop the masked killer after your character is on the losing end of their own slasher movie. She finds him and has to convince him to let her be his partner in his crusade. Just a possibility. Basically after that, they go around slaughtering killers that they track down. Everyone loves a story where evil gets what's coming to them...
  10. Here's the simple breakdown - I fucking love Halloween. I fucking love Horror. I'm sure I'm not alone in the sentiment. Maybe I am. We'll see. This is a group for short (or long), one-off stories of mystery, murder, monsters, mayhem and everything between in the spirit of the season. So, a few things to specify role play types. Anything in the Now Showing section, for all intents and purposes, will be treated as group role plays, unless specified by the creator of the story that all slots are filled... Or, if tickets are sold out, if you will. Be sure to add "SOLD OUT" on the main post for your thread so everyone knows you're not letting anyone else in. Private role plays, or role plays that will have only two players participating by design, are to be labeled as "Private Screening", you can include that in any way you see fit. On to some play rules: - Not every story needs to feature murder, violence, no one needs to die at all. Horror is a pretty broad genre. As long as your story fits into the theme of horror, as subtly or as blatantly as you may choose, whether you're playing a story about witches or you're playing a story about a slasher in campgrounds. - Some people do not like stories with violence, some can handle it up to a certain point. Everyone is to be considerate of this. In the title of your role play, add one of the following ratings to warn players of the content if they decide they might want to read through it: [C] = Clean, no expected violence, or minimal violence. [V] = Violent, mild to moderate, bloodshed, neck snapping, people burning alive, anything that you can watch without having to look away. I expect you to use reason when I say that. [S] = Splatter, blood and gore unrestricted. Spilling guts, slitting throats, ripping out spines, name it and it has a place in this rating. [X] = Sex. This can be applied to both vanilla or the freakiest of steamy scenes, but if your role play will include it (or ends up including it), add this after the previous rating, ex: [CX] = Clean of violence but with sexual content, [VX] = Moderately violent with sexual content, [SX] = Sticky as fuck with blood and cum. - It should go without saying that you need to respect your fellow role players. Respect their time, do not pester anyone for a reply. Respect their writing skills, some will be on different levels from others. Respect their ideas, if they are the creator of a story, don't try to take the artistic integrity from them with "suggestions". If someone makes a simple mistake, point it out, don't be a dick about it, then keep on going like it never happened. No one is out to ruin anyone's experience. - Let's try to not include children in sexual content or explicitly descriptive fates, please. Do what you will in private, but not here. I'd be happy to answer any questions in this thread, or privately if you send me a message.

  17. It would shock you how long it took me to remember what it was called. I remember reading a few volumes of the manga a long time ago
  18. I do like me some story. But, I've been out of the writing mood after a hard few weeks and I'm trying to get back, and on this site, horny wins. So, I'm coming up with some easier sorts of plots for fun, rather than depth! Here goes nothing. The Devil's in the Details - It's not often that Death allows a soul to slip out of her grasp, but on rare occasions a soul is in a state of unrest and has difficulty fully passing to the other side, remaining in limbo. Ultimately, these souls are of little to no value to her. To ease their passing to the next realm, she will bind a demon to them and send them back to Earth, where their body is restored and they are given the chance to fulfill their unfinished business so that she may collect their soul. Hot on the trail of a case he'd been working on for some time, a young detective is murdered at a crime scene. He did not see the perpetrator and his soul refuses to pass over until not only the case he'd dedicated so much time to is solved, but also the mystery of his own murder. This demon is assigned to him to assist in fulfilling his earthly obligations, no matter how long they take. Demons reside in a place that could be thought of as Hell by some, and act as enforcers of Death's will. They are not all inherently evil, but they all act according to their own interests while adhering to the pact forced on them. Most demons are ecstatic to get out of their realm, they are chosen by Death on the rare occasions they are needed and they are ripped from their own realm quite suddenly and placed on Earth after Death briefs them. Encounters with these demons are where the stories of Succubi originate, from so long ago. They are powerful beings capable of hiding their own appearance from others with a glamer, assuming they wish to be seen at all, though their charge always sees them as they truly are. They can empower the one they are bound to with inhuman strength, speed and senses as well as granting them limited use of magics, they are even powerful enough to keep a reanimated human alive and healthy, so long as they get what they need from them. The longer they go without feeding, the weaker they grow and in turn, the weaker their human grows. It is a mutual partnership, not a slave situation. Female demons feed on blood and semen, ingestion does not need to be orally, as long as it is absorbed by their body somehow. Male demon's genitalia are oversized, rough and terribly unpleasant and their blood and semen both smell and taste foul, thus why female demons are so relieved to be sent to Earth. Human blood and semen are decadent to them and nourishing, not to mention their genitalia is pleasant to extract their meals from. A female demon's anatomy is not unlike a human female's, though they are able to feel pleasure from almost any part of their bodies and their bodily fluids such as saliva, sweat and cum act as powerful aphrodisiacs for humans. To this demon, the words "sub" and "dom" are pathetic human concepts. There is participation in sexual acts and that is it. The roles can be reversed for this plot, if my partner wanted to play the human, I could play a less unpleasant male demon. Yeah, this one probably has a deeper plot than I meant it to have but love it. --------------------------- Unearthly Visitors - A race of extraterrestrial beings paid a visit to Earth one day and found it quite to their liking. They are a peaceful race, though they exist to live in servitude to whoever they feel should have the privilege and live their lives out as servants, but not in the sexual way you may be thinking. One of this race, considered by the others to be "defective", finds her way to a young man who is initially weirded out by her, but she grows on him and he tries to figure out how to live a normal life with his own alien companion who lives to serve him. Idea taken from this show, and she definitely has this vibe. Can also be reversed roles. ----------------------------------------- Private Lessons - (Reverse harem) A young college professor, stressed and frustrated with her current position in life as a single woman living in a small apartment on a paycheck she can barely get by on, has to navigate her feelings through a flame she met online, another professor she dated for some time trying to rekindle things between them after things ended not so well and an enigmatic new student from abroad. -------------------------------------- Splatfest - (Harem?) An inkling that is part of a rising star turf war team finds himself in the company of new groups and finds himself in scenarios with opponents and fans that he wouldn't have ever guessed he would be part of. It's a long way to the top. Will distractions have a negative impact on his performance in the arena? ------------------------------------- Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzasexplex - (FNAF, Harem?) In what could be a deeper story but doesn't need to be, an online follower of the incidents revolving around Fazbear Entertainment takes a security job at the newer, high end establishment, the Mega Pizzaplex, to monitor the activity of the staff, animatronics and do some snooping after closing during the night shift. Things are not quite what they seem as some of the animatronics seem to change entirely during the closed hours, not to mention a high-strung partner security guard and a strange woman in a bunny suit that he catches glimpses of that is a little too real looking to be an animatronic... -------------------------------------------- Farm Life - When a slightly depressed young man grows bored of the monotony of city life and seeks a change of pace finds a wanted ad for work on a farm an hour or so drive out of the city, he jumps at the opportunity. With a warm welcome and a place to stay during his time there, the immediate future seems bright on this quiet farm, that is, until he and the farmer's daughter catch each other's eye and a few of the animals get restless... Note, the anthro animals are not essential and it could just be the farmer's daughter(s?), etc. ---------------------------------- Ride em, Cowgirl! - (western) In a relatively simple story that very well could expand into something greater, a marshal has been tasked with bringing in a wanted fugitive with an extensive history of train heists, bank robberies and other crimes, sometimes reportedly without the assistance of a gang. What is the marshal to do when he catches up to her, she is more beautiful than her wanted posters could ever describe and they have undeniable chemistry?
