Everyone can understand being hurt, there's not much need for elaboration beyond that, damages, trauma, etc. are best left to discuss with people you want to be intimate with, when you're comfortable sharing it. I've got my own damages that have surfaced at highly inopportune times that have ruined things for me in the past, myself. Generally the term "incel" is reserved for people who show a sense of entitlement to relationships, sex, etc, and their personality gives away exactly why they're sexless and single. If you're not one of those people I wouldn't say you're an incel by "urban dictionary" definition.
