Backstory: The leader of the gang settled in at Raider Rock is an odd woman known only as "Darling". It's rumored that she was once part of the Enclave, which is quite possible given her talent for leading her gang. An Enclave upbringing would also explain her deep seated distaste for ghouls and mutants. She runs her raider gang, called "The Devil's Brigade", like a militia dedicated to pillage and plunder.
