Tamamo only kept observing him and wanting to wait his turn made perfect sense to her. She was taking a good part of the bath for herself anyway. Plus, she liked the comfort of feeling free and floaty in this tub all by herself, an advantage of having a small body at least until she grows up but she didn't worry about that yet.
