I also think various factions of the world will not exactly see eye to eye. This is why Hellhound is not exactly friend with demons. She is not one, per ce. Shinigami is a death born fox beast and also is not all friendly with demons. But add aliens to that, it will put another force trying to take control with or without demons. Certainly a fair point then! Maybe I'll take a Super Robot Wars-esque approach to it and have Souji be someone who has/had problems with another faction entirely before coming to the story here, bribgin him into potential interaction with other elements here. Gives me time to slowly flesh out the other side of things incase I want to bring it up here later on.

Still don’t know where the aliens will end up. Inactive characters may or may not do their own thing later on. The new idea I’m considering would be its own thing too. The basic idea of the club was people had a world to work with. There could be characters doing unrelated things far away, though so far most stuff has been pretty connected.
