We used typical D&D type stats, but added new stats for "attractiveness" and "sex drive" to each PC, NPC and creature, as well as "Resistance Points" that were like HP. I know you said no one is interested in a multiple-female Harem RP, but with a steady enough plot I definitely could give it ago -- and it can be darker or fluffier smut depending on the occasion (or even a mixture).
