For one-off encounters, I don't mind starting in character at all - in fact, I think it can be exciting to jump back in. That said, I'm also open to discussion or answering any questions you might have regarding my preferences.
I'm typically a mirror poster - I'll match the length I get (within reason). Beyond that, I typically stick to para to semi para style RP. I've been roleplaying for well over a decade now, and I'm a firm believer in quality over quantity. I wouldn't turn down a multiparagraph or novella style RP, but I'm also just as happy to do semipara or para if the content is well written.
I only RP in third-person POV only. Anything else really doesn't suit me.
This is probably a given, but even so, please treat me with respect and I'll do the same for you. If I decline to roleplay or continue to roleplay with you, please respect my decision.
