I like the idea of an unknown powerful dark entity (a tentacle creature that has no solid form) changing/corrupting a human female by sexual intercourse. Each impregnation will slowly change and corrupt her body and mind as its fluids affects her continuously until she's turned to be its servant. Can add more details if anyone is interested.
