The plot is about a guy named Adam D. Mayer who moves to an old big house in Staten island built in 1919 that was kept abandoned for many decades. It went to auction in 1981 however it wasn't possible to sell in any way. The grandchildren who happened to be the house family current generation, the Leenchesters, tried to sell the house once again and Devin came along, he loved the house and is a historical buildings lover.
He buys the house from the Leenchesters and in the day he took the keys, Arthur Leenchester, one of the family members knew why the house was never sold, the reason is that because it is haunted by Amanda Leenchester (1898-1922) who lived in the house and died of a grave decease in her bedroom. Arthur never told Devin anything about it, if he did Devin would probably go back and refuse to buy the house.
Devin took the keys from Arthur and days later hired some men to take all his stuff and move to the "New house", that's where he'll live from now on without knowing the house is haunted by the spirit of a sex perverted woman.
