Looking for Hinata Hyuuga Kidnapped Slave.

I have a few ideas for this, but the oldest one involves Hinata getting Kidnapped as a child by the previous Raikage. She grows up in Kumogakure, she has been put under the effect of a powerful Genjutsu that altered her memories of being kidnapped. Hinata now believes that her family sold her as property instead of being kidnapped. She grows up falsely believing that the people of Konoha betrayed her and that Kumogakure and the previous Raikage adopted her.

 Hinata is now a Genin, and A adopted Hinata as his daughter after the previous Raikage died. Both A and B have trained her and in time she will likely become the next Raikage but before she can inherit the village she needs to find her double as The Raikage are raised to rule in pairs and A is using this as an excuse to get Hinata married so she can hurry up and get grandkids.

TLDR: Hinata has been raised in Kumogakure under an idealized environment, but it's all a lie to turn her into a breeding tool loyal to her new home. MC is either a fellow Genin completely unaware of the highly classified lies her adoptive parents have pulled. Or if you're into more taboo age gaps, a member of Anbu forces who is there to ensure that Hinata's loyalty remains to the village and ensure that she has many children.

Themes: Lies, breeding, child marriage, Slavery with extra steps, naive lamb being lead to slaughter, Embarrassed nudity, overstepping parental figure, 

If the Genin route is chosen then Hinata could discover the truth and try to escape/rebel, and her husband will be a potential ally in that fight, if the Anbu route is selected her chosen mate is far more cruel. And there is no hope for escape.
