[M dom for f sub] Slave training facility

I am a dominant male looking for  devoted females to build a longterm roleplay around a facility that is set up to train slaves.
We could focus on 1 or 2 of the females there or even play around a small group that have to make it through the training day's if they like it or not.

The roleplay would be around a special training facility that is set up to bring out the best submissive slave in the whole world.
There will be periodical training session but the training would be 24/7 the females don't have any privacy and of course no say in anything that's happened there.
The whole facility is set up on a small island and run by the government. The females there are sent there as a punishment for small crimes or send there by there parents. Some are even apply on there own.

I am open to most kinks for that roleplay, but blood and death would be a limit for me.
