M for loli(11-13) in a short, sex-focused historical scenario

During World War II, in London and other British cities, women, the infirm and children were transported to hosts in the English countryside to avoid being bombed by the Germans.  

YC is already an orphan, a girl of thirteen or maybe eleven, who is in an orphanage learning skills that will make her employable as a domestic servant, or possibly a nanny.  It's not a terrible place, she isn't spanked too often, and there are other girls her age for camaraderie.  The order comes, and she is put on a train bound for the country, with only the clothes on her back and maybe a small case of her things, along with a written order from the government to report to MC.  The order also states that she is an orphan still eligible for adoption, if MC wishes to help England further.  

MC is the headmaster of a girl's boarding school.  He likes his work, getting to spank and even discreetly use select girls for his own pleasure.  It is now the beginning of summer and school is done for the year.  He lives alone in a nice little cottage in a cute country village.  

YC will arrive in the village, and someone will bring her to MC's house.  He might see her as potential wife material, which he might mention, or he might just see her as a toy to enjoy while he has her.   He will definitely notice her sensitive, budding little curves.  He will end up using her as he likes.  I'm sure he'll be a little more tender and teaching but still insistent if she's reluctant but not completely contrary.  Perhaps she might like some of it, and maybe if we want to continue there could be some tenderness and even romance in the lovely English countryside.
