I would be playing futa Eri, and you would play someone from mha (preferably Deku) and she would be taking care of her when she gets her first erection and Deku (or whoever you choose) has to help her somehow as she becomes the dominant one ove the two. Specifics for taking care of will be discussed more in dms and I won't ask for limits as I prefer my partner either have no limits or limits that don't interfere with the fun. (Gore and vore is fine to leave out as there will be no fighting or cannibalism)
