Who wants to play with the Edgelords?

Okay, so I'm looking to play out stuff with a set of "Edgelord" characters I've developed over the years. They're called Edgelords because of their specialty with edged weapons, and not for a tendency to brood in dark corners and be a mopey asshole. When making these characters, I began to notice a pattern with each of them: A wandering swordsman who eventually falls into some kind of polyamorous relationship.

What I'm looking for

So,  I have this set of characters with a basic backstory and premise. What I'm missing is a concrete setting and plot to play out. I'm hoping to do this with my partner.  I mentioned that I'm looking to play out a polyamorous relationship. What this doesn't mean is that I'm going to have you make a bunch of characters to play by yourself, while I sit back and read about getting sucked off by multiple girls. What I plan to do is make some of these characters with my partner, and we can take turns on some of them.

For example: We both make a main character; my character (MC) and your character (YC). We have a roleplay where MC & YC are childhood friends who recently develop a romantic relationship. Along the way they meet Character A (A), and eventually Character (B). Sometimes, I'll take control of A to play against YC, and you can play as B to play against my character, and vice-versa. Sometimes I'll control both MC and character B to play against your character, or even control MC, A, and B against your character, and vice-versa. Make sense?

If so, here are the characters I have

  The Revenant: An anthro wolf meant for Anthro settings, or those containing Anthro/Furry characters.  He is from a tribe of wolves, and had left on a pilgrimage for knowledge. He is beholden to the Egyptian sun goddess Sekhmet, whom had taught him the method of transmuting parts of his body -even his blood- into weapons.
  
  The Revenant is mature and wizened by his years of travel. His tribal background makes him very spiritual, and he's an avid nature lover. He can also be pretty aggressive in the bedroom. He's a bit older than the other Edgelords, so he's meant for MILFs and mature partners.

  The Dawnblade: Thalion is a Half-Elf who was framed for treason, and was made to become a fugitive. He's skilled at both swordplay and spellcasting, using his weapons as a focus. Depending on the story, The Dawnblade can be somewhat paranoid and suspicious of others, or he's mellowed out and back to his friendly self. Regardless, he's daring, inquisitive and heroic.
  
  He works best in medieval fantasy settings, or those inspired by D&D, Pathfinder, etc. For romantic parnters, The Dawnblade prefers Elves, Fairies, or similar Elven & Fae folk. I'm also interested in matching him up with someone of royal or noble birth.

  The Exile: An Alien warrior, named Mujin, who was once part of an order of spiritual warriors. However, he was exiled due to philosophical differences. Since then, he roams the galaxy, making a living helping those in need. His abilities involve the use of internal energy -like in DBZ. Mujin will either channel this energy along a weapon, or can shape his energy into a weapon, depending on the story.
  
  In terms of personality, Mujin is cool headed and contemplative man, often trying to find balance. However, his life in his order has left him woefully inexperienced in sexual matters. Obviously, Mujin is meant for space fantasy settings, and his preferred partners are other aliens. Though, I could spring for a human. One race I'm interested in are Twi'leks from Star Wars.

  In fact, with Mujin I have this idea for a plot: He was asked to assist in a raid of a slave auction being conducted on a planet. During the raid, Mujin managed to rescue a Twi'lek, fresh from training and about to be auctioned off. However, things go haywire and Mujin is left behind by his comrades. He now must find a way off the planet with this young Twi'lek girl who thinks he's her new master. Along the way, the duo must fend off slavers who want to take the girl for themselves, the girl's "former" master who wants her back. Eventually, they'd come across two other slave girls who become part of their group.

  The Vocaloid: I might make him a wholly original character, if only to make it easier to fit into other games and settings. But, for now, this is my take on Kaito from Vocaloid. He's going to be an android, though I could make him a cyborg. What I do have down is that he uses high tech weaponry, including a combination of nanotech and hard light generators (I'm still working out how his tech works).
  
  Whether Kaito or original, this character typically comes off as the typical mysterious edgelord. However, he's actually an adorkable nerd. Obviously this character is meant for cyberpunk or similarly futuristic settings, and best paired with similar characters. A couple in particular I'm interested in pairing him with are Miku and Luka, also from Vocaloid.

  Chisei Muramasa: Wyndressa is the daughter of a dimension hopping adventurer, who now sets out into the multiverse. He abilities are more spiritually based, drawing power from the multiverse itself and calling upon "Sword Spirits" to fight with. Betraying the image of the Edgelord, Wyndressa is a fun-loving, wise-cracking smartass who loves a good adventure.
  
  Wyndressa can find herself at home in virtually any setting. However, I'm looking to pair her up with canon characters. Two in particular that I'm interested in are Princess Peach and Shantae from their respective series.

  The Distortionist: Jaden Bernes is part of Los Bandidos, a group of young detectives who've been fighting evil and corruption since middle school. One day they're taking on a band of evil ninjas, another they're helping a high school basketball team prepare for their homecoming game. Jaden in particular is a stoic and taciturn young man; he believes actions speak louder than words. But, he's not without a sarcastic and sardonic sense of humor. His training has allowed him to reach superhuman levels of speed, strength, perception, to the point that his very movements shift and distort the air, and even space around him.

  Jaden is meant for modern settings. Preferred partners are basically teenaged anime-inspired girls, be they in high school or even college. I might be willing to pair Jaden with an adult woman, but this is something that would need to be discussed first.

I don't have many rules and the like. However, I do need to ask for the following:

1. No Ghosting: You don't have to report to me every day or any of that nonsense. But, please keep me abreast of what's happening on your end. Communication is key.
2. This one's a pet peeve: Please don't use images of canon characters unless you intend to play as them. Nothing's more jarring than showing me a picture of D.Va from Overwatch, but expect me to see her as your "Original Character". If you need help finding an image for your character, I can assist you in that regard.
3. Please make an effort in your roleplaying: You don't need to write me a novel with every post, quality is more important than quantity. However, I must ask that you at least try to put down 1-3 paragraphs in your posts. I'd rather wait three days for a post that I can sink my teeth into, than three minutes for something bland.
