Overview

About This Club

The world of Ruean was a pretty normal one, with the humans living out their normal lives on the country of Vern for thousands of years. Then one day, a bright pillar of blue light burst from the middle of Vern, rising high into the sky spreading out a wave of invisible energy. The resulting wave of rushed across the world like a flood, covering the whole planet in sea of energy and was know as the Blessing. All the people of Vern were hit by the strange energy, but most didn’t get effected. But, some people felt their bodies changing and found that they gained supernatural powers or Gifts as it called from the event. Some got physical changes, like the power to change into a beast or becoming a giant, thick skinned being, while others got no physical changes, but found that the could control elements,beasts and nature or write Runes with energy that had magic effects on things. And while the light gave some of the world incredible abilities, their was also a negative effect. Monsters started to appear across Vern and parts of the land started to change, becoming otherworldly places filled with strange effects. To fight this, a place was built in the capital city of Vern called The Hero’s GuildHall, a home and training ground for the men gifted with new powers to become warriors to fight the threats facing the world(woman were viewed as weaker and not fit for battle by most, even if they had powers). This went well for hundreds of years, but soon new problems rose. The pillar of light that was cause of all this that still stretched into the sky was slowly growing larger and its blue glow becoming tinged with a more foreboding red, the invisible energy that it spread over Vern now causing more monsters to appear. It also had a strange effect on the man that gained powers from it, causing their sexual desires to grow wildly, making them angry and eventually become almost beast like as lust grew out of control and would only calm down after sex with a woman. This wasn’t a problem to start out with, as the men could just have sex after they completed a quest to hunt monsters, but as more and more monsters appeared the quests made them have to stay out longer and longer and so the list fueled rages started to cause problems on the missions, with team members fighting and unable to think well in a fight. And the times between the lust rages after the men had sex grew shorter and shorter as the pillar of light changed more. In answer to the increase in monster attacks, woman started to come together, saying that they had powers and were capable of fighting just like men and demanded to be allowed to help combat the threats to. The king of Vern was caught between the tradition of woman not fighting and the need for more warriors to fight the monsters. He came to a decision and woman were given the chance to help fight the monsters but they also had to agree to take care of the sexual needs of the men in the groups they joined, or be kicked out. The leaders of Groups in the GuildHall made rules that the woman that would join would be respected, meaning the men could not force them to have sex at any time they wanted and could only do it when they desperately needed it. And so the GuildHall was opened to woman and that is where the story starts.

  3. Sorry for the long absence on here, but I’m back and ready to get some things started. And thank you @VexedChimera for joining and I love your new character @love_and_poprocks. I also made my first monster and had it appear in Weim Village(3), so I’ll be making a Quest for Heroes to deal with that.
  4. Mark Fang Zel MistRune The room on the second floor that Mark and Zel share. The two have close friendship and after his Kidnapping when he was younger, Zel does not like to be in a room alone at night, which is why he shares a room with Mark. The room has simple features, a dresser for clothes and belongings, a large bed for Mark and high shelf that holds a miniature bed for Zel.
  5. The Goop looked around in confusion, not recognizing where it was. One moment it had been on the hunt for female for his Hive to mate with and the next he felt his whole body jolt and he had found himself in a completely new place. His large eyes took in the small village nearby that was lit up by the large moon in the night sky and the wide open farmlands that surrounded it. With a jolt the creature suddenly realized that he was all alone, his mental link to the rest of his Hive gone. The sudden feeling of being totally alone after being connected his whole life to his Hive hit the small monster like a heavy blow. Fear took hold of the Goop, causing him to jump at every small sound the came from area now. He needed to hide! He spotted a tree that stood out among the endless plains and darted for it. His slime body twisted up the trunk like a gooey snake, taking it original form again when it reached a large branch that was hidden in the leaves. The monster felt safe for now, but he needed a Hive, as his kind was weak alone and only survived because of numbers. But to make his own Hive he would need a female. The Goop’s kind fed on the sexual energy of female beings(Humans were the best), using it to satisfy their hunger and to have the power needed clone themselves and grow the Hive. But since he was alone he needed to find a female that was by herself, as it was to dangerous for him to deal with a group alone. His eyes focused on a building at the edge of the village the smell of a lone female strong in it. He looked around again for any signs of danger, before slipping down the tree and darting to the house. He found a open window and crawled inside.

A large room in the back left of the GuildHouse that is identical to the Men’s BathHouse, with a large public bath in the middle, rooms in the back with private tubes, two rooms in the back corners for people to do body care in and tables on the outside of the public bath that are used for massages given by workers of the GuildHouse to help deal with Hero’s sore bodies from long Quests.

  8. A room in the back, middle of the left side of the GuildHouse that is used as a work and living space for the GuildMaster, the person who runs the Heroes Guild. The Office and living space are separate, the work space the place you enter from the main hall.

He now is in charge of receiving requests for Monster and Bounty Hunts for the Heroes and posting them at the GuildHouse. And while he might be getting older, he is still a powerful magic wielder.

  12. A room in the front left side of the GuildHouse that is used as a workplace for the QuestMaster, the man who receives Quests for Heroes to do and gives them out to Heroes that can handle them. This is where Heroes go to find new quests to do and to get payed after a Quest. Here is where Available Quests with be Posted to. -Quests:
  13. A large room in the back right of the GuildHouse that is used for the Male Heroes to wash themselves in. It contains a large public bath in the middle, rooms in the back with private tubes, two rooms in the back corners for people to shave in and tables on the outside of the public bath that are used for massages given by workers of the GuildHouse to help deal with Hero’s sore bodies from long Quests.
  14. A large room in back middle on right side of the GuildHouse. This room is used for the Heroes to relax in and is filled with many seats, small tables for playing games on, a bar ran by a GuildHouse worker and a fireplace for the cold months.
  15. The room in the front Middle on right side of the GuildHouse that is connected to the Dining Hall. This room is used for cooks to prepare food for the Heroes.
  16. A Massive room in the front right of the first floor of the GuildHouse. It is filled with three long rows of tables for Heroes to have meals at and is connected to the Kitchen.
  17. The open entrance way the GuildHouse that holds the stair way that leads to the second and third floors of private rooms for the Heroes to use and contains the entrances to rest of the rooms on the first floor.

  18. Also, I changed the monsters a bit, so characters will play as the Monsters that appear in the world and cause trouble, making the Heroes go on a quest to find fight or capture them. You can find more info in the Monster Characters Topic.
  19. Ok, I have enough done in the club for memebers to start making characters to fill the world and start going on Quests. I will add more places to the world map and more details to them, but they should be good for a start.
  20. A River that flows from TangleMist Jungle to the sea in the south of Vern, splitting the Barren Desert in two parts. It’s water feeds small farms on it’s shores and a verity of fish, animals and sometimes monsters.
  21. A huge underground maze of tunnels dug by a hive of Giant worm monsters. The tunnels are made solid with a slime that the Worms secrete from their skin and go miles deep, ending a huge cave.

They can also take on the form of small objects. They can regrow parts that have been lost from the head, but it takes energy and they have a limit to how many times they can do that. They also can produce a slick slime from their bodies, that they can spit. The slime also has a arousing affect on humans. -Behavior:These mischievous creature loves to pull pranks, like stealing things, making puddles of slime for people to slip in or taking the shape of objects in a home and moving around to confuse people.He likes to target women, as he is a male and Goop’s reproduce by attacking a female during a mating cycle and using their slime bodies to pleasure her. The resulting sexual energy is absorbed by the creature and used to clone themselves.Each clone is connected to the original and have a hive mind. -Loot:Goop Slime-Slime that Goop’s make can be collected and can be made into potions or elixirs that cause sexual excitement. -Threat Ranking:1 -Status(Alive and Free, Alive in The Hold, Dead):Alive and Free -Location Name and Number(See Land of Vern topic for help):Weim Village(3)
  23. This topic is where you create monster characters the appear in Vern for Heroes to fight on Quests. You can introduce a monster that you made into one of the topics of Lands of Vern, having them cause trouble for a village or person. That will cause a Quest to be made to hunt that monster and when the Heroes get there and find them, your monster character will have to fight them. The fight can end in four ways, 1)The monster is killed, 2)the monster is captured and taken to The Hold, a place where monsters are cared for and raised, mostly to collect Items from them or to study.3)The monster can Escape and appear later in a new location or 4)the monster can become a Familiar of Hero or 5) the monster wins. If that happens The monster will take one or all of the defeated Heroes back to their lair(See Monster Lairs Topic). Once there the monster will A:mate with it’s captives, using them as a sexual playthings or a breeding Partner.The heroes would have to try and escape or be rescued. B:Will keep the Heroes captive, the monster being curious about them and having a more gentle side. This can lead to a bond forming or sexual acts that happen more naturally. The Hero can leave after a while, becoming friends with the Monster. The Hero can also choose to return to the lair to visit the monster or make the monster a Familiar. C:The monster tries to corrupt the Heroes, turning them into slaves that will do their bidding, like bringing more people for the monster to enslave. How the fight will go between a Monster and a Hero needs to agreed upon by the members that will be playing both parties in a private chat before the rp starts. Monster Threat Ranking Guide: Threat Ranking 1-10:This Threat Ranking is for monsters that are a annoyance to ones that could cause some very slight bodily harm in a group. Threat Ranking 11-20:This Threat Ranking is for Monsters that can harm humans slightly alone to one that can cause severe harm in a large Group. Threat Ranking 21-30:This Threat Ranking is for Monsters that can harm humans severely in small groups to ones that can cause severe harm or death on their own to a single person. Threat Ranking 31-40:This Threat Ranking is for Monsters that can easily harm a human severely alone to ones that can cause severe harm or death on their own to a small group of humans. Threat Ranking 41-50:This Threat Ranking is for Monsters that can easily harm or kill a small group of humans alone to ones that can cause severe harm or death on their own to a large group of humans and a Gifted. Threat Ranking 51-60:This Threat Ranking is for Monsters that can easily harm or kill a Gifted alone to ones that can, with a fight, cause severe harm or death on their own to a small group of Gifted. Threat Ranking 61-70:This Threat Ranking is for Monsters that can easily harm or kill a small group of Gifted alone to ones that can, with a fight, cause severe harm or death on their own to a large group of Gifted. Threat Ranking 71-80:This Threat Ranking is for Monsters that can easily harm or kill a large group of Gifted alone to ones that can cause severe harm on their own to a small Village. Threat Ranking 81-90:This Threat Ranking is for Monsters that can easily harm or kill a whole Village alone to ones that can cause severe harm on their own, or in a small group, to multiple towns and large groups of Gifted. Threat Ranking 91-100:This topic is for Monsters that can easily destroy multiple towns and large groups of Gifted alone to ones that are natural disasters, being close to unstoppable.   24. A large, river fed lake that sits to the north of Sisa City. It feeds crops grown in Sisa by man made canals and has Monsters appear in it sometimes.
