In my time here, I've come across a lot of people who seem to struggle with roleplaying in one way or another. Maybe they find it difficult to retain attention or to maintain a roleplay for as long as they had planned, or maybe they just struggle with playing a specific type of situation they've found themselves in among a whole series of other problems. I thought it would be nice to start a thread where people could share and discuss advice on how to be a better player and make the experience a lot more fun for everyone involved! So, GMs, have a game or a game idea you want to advertise? Drop a reply with a link or just the idea. Players, looking for a game? Found an old club that looks really cool and want to see about restarting it, maybe try to nudge the GM or get a few new players to generate some momentum for the game? Drop a link. We all love boobs, but why do so many writers find it so impossible to write for them in their RPing? The vast majority of people who I've RPed with over the years honestly struggle to write for boobs, even when I specifically ask them too, and even in a couple of cases I've had partners refuse to write for them and quit the RP when I ask them too. And I get it, people aren't going to write anime boob physics into every post that they make, whole paragraphs dedicated to how they just sit there when the character is doing nothing more exciting than watching TV. Title says it all. Some things I would like to request are that Under-18 characters are tolerated to a degree (doesn't have to be lolisho, teen years are fine by me) and that it be a bit more plot than erotica, though I do want erotica to be present. While reading the sticky guide was certainly a nice refresher, I didn't exactly need to as much as I was just compelled to in order to see if it also explained how to use the site's features. EcchiDreams is the first time I've ever used this forum structure, and while I did roleplay once on a forum, it was quite a long time ago now, and was entirely SFW. Tl;Dr: I have a club that has no story but does have an ad campaign running. What kind of stories are people interested in exploring? I have a roleplaying club that started a few years ago as a pirate theme RP but it never really got any traction. A couple of months ago it seemed like there's because chance to repurpose it into an Expanse RP.
