As some of you may be aware of, I run a few open world RP clubs, some of which have gotten fairly silent, despite how much I have tried to keep them attractive, alive and develop on them. After hearing a few people out and contemplating such comments, they may be way too large and expansive for their own good and thus alienate most users from joining and engaging in them, despite how they fill out otherwise empty voids in terms of settings on ED. I am also aware that club RPs can in themselves deter those that prefer private roleplays, but I am not aiming for high popularity or anything like that. I dunno if this belongs in the gaming section or here, since I'm specifically asking because I'm interested in a Legend of Zelda RP, and I don't know that I'll be able to make it interesting for the other player if my character is completely mute. We know that he isn't- He talks to people all the time, we just don't see it onscreen; we only get their reactions. On another site there was a really good group game based on the Discipline hentai series. Unfortunately the moderators/GMs fell out and the game ended up tanking. I don't have the time nor energy to run a club but if anyone is interested I am happy to speak in pms or answer questions here about the club and such. So I know we have a few adult DnD groups on here. Is anybody playing at a set time on Roll20/Discord rather then play by post? I want to join another group, but play by post is just to slow for me. Since a few days ago, I've told myself that it's time to 100% stop roleplaying and even writing altogether. It's a long story, but... I just feel like the time has come to leave this old hobby of mine because it doesn't really bring me any pleasure. Only frustration. When I first came to ED I was surprised how free one's ways of expressing their preferences were. See, my old site didn't allow loli roleplays of any kind. I haven't a clue if this is the right place to ask these questions, but I'll take a shot anyway. New to this place, been RP'ing 6+ years, how does this place work? I read the clubs and private RP stuff, but I'm a bit confused on how that works, along with if I can simply post in my own little thread with just another person, or does it need to be a club? For reference, I've only RP'd on sites like Black Dahlia and Inner Sanctum, so the layout of this place is why I'm so confused.

So, here's a question that's likely been answered. But I'm curious. Has anyone ever thought to combine roleplays (private or otherwise) with the dice-rolling fun of Dungeons and Dragons? I have, and I have no idea how to go about it. The idea just kinda popped into my head. I'm picturing someone DMing a session of Dungeons and Dragons, but not at a table. Is this the right forum for this question? If not apologies! I was as wondering if anyone had any advice or experience to offer with writing characters who are the victims of reluctant or non-consensual sex. On the one hand it is an element I like to explore in my writing, but on the other I neither particularly enjoy writing primary characters who should reasonably be incredibly traumatized nor want to dismiss the psychological effects of this kind of sex. I often find myself stuck when considering how I can carry on a long-term plot where my main character has been through an experience like this without overly derailing the plot through psychological aftermath.

After quite some time, I've finally been able to get the mechanical side of the rp down and start off on some of the friendly npcs present. With those started or finished, I've been considering designing personalized enemies against each player character based off their character profiles. Just thought about it while writing a review, while this is aimed at playing submissive characters I have the impression that it benefits my overall play too. They realy are applicable to all kinds or roleplay. So, as you might have read on the title I was thinking about creating a club focused on fighting creatures, it can be monsters, bandits, demons, angels, yadda yadda yadda. Hey anyone who happens to come across this post I would love any input or ideas. I have been wanting to start a club that is sort of just a mundane high school homeroom, and members create charachters who make friends with one another!
