Players may have their own dwelling within the capital town here or outside of it.
A few rules:
- It needs to at least fit the district it is placed if located in Karthel
- Only one per character
- Must fit a medieval type of setting

Within the forest of karthel there lies an massive estate that belonged to Wilhelm Ironfang far from the capital mainly isolated for the most part but nonetheless still manageable to get from here to the capital.

The home of Gurel Grelys. A fairly sizable wooden house on the outskirts of Karthel. Located close to a lake that has a pier on it. Surrounded by a peaceful forest. A dirt road leads to Gurel's home from Karthel. It takes about 8 minutes to reach the house from the city's gates. Along the road leading to Gurel's home, there are houses owned by crabbers and lumberjacks.
