Last Year Council Member Mini-Bios

These were four Council members who had graduated the previous year.  Not likely to appear outside of occasional flashbacks, still posting these since at least one of them is relevant to the mini-reboot being posted currently.

Short bio: The President of the Student Council. She has generally been ambitious and ruthless and has been responsible for ruining many students lives, however recently she has been having dreams and hearing voices warning her that the Council and the school is going down the wrong path. She is being warned to change quickly or disaster will hit the school. She is for the time being silent about it, not wanting to appear crazy or superstitious to the rest of the Council. But she is beginning to think she needs to change course and may have to do something significant to the roster of the council next year.

Short bio: The 12th Grade President of the Student Council. He is a quiet person. He tends not to speak much in the council and doesn't put his opinion in often except when voting on something. He is however fairly quick to anger, and does not forget insults quickly.  Of the Student Council members he is the one most often in the dueling arena and he makes it a point to make his opponent suffer.  He will intentionally break bones and beat an opponent while down.  Mercy and honor are foreign concepts to him, though he knows his place when dealing with the few Council members who out rank him.

Short Bio: Young-soo could be seen as a living prediction of the Security Forces. Judging his position as 12th Grade Vice-President as not very important he makes it his mission to roam the school grounds listening and watching for people breaking the rules. When he catches them he is quick to either beat them on the spot or take them to one of the Council's various dungeons for punishing Students. He is a further prediction in he judges it important to keep an eye on Hanako Uomizu at all times, he judges her as potentially very dangerous. He is also one to start fights between students spreading rumors either directly or through a small group of loyal students.

Gender: Female
Age: 18
Hair: Long silver
Eyes: Green
Weapon: Curved decorated katana
Short bio: The 12th Grade Treasurer really the female version of Edahiko and more not only does she have the goal of sleeping with every guy in the school, but as with Edahiko every girl too. She even slept with Ranna in both forms, though both decided to swear to keep it secret, Detta, because she didn't want to see the rest of the Council's reaction. And Ranna, because he hadn't really gone into it willingly and had only done it to avoid angering a member of the Council. She unlike Edahiko gets enjoyment out of seriously punishing anyone who doesn't please her well enough.
