   OOC: As a note to anyone else reading these (based on the view count of the other thread, I assume at least a few others are reading these). This was a thread that had been started on the YahooGroups version, it is in the same time frame as the current Ranna/Kappei thread, a few years prior to the main story. The basic concept is the Student Council, like most clubs/groups on campus, has a sexual initiation each year for its new members.    Edit: Rewritten due to change in player and some character changes to Kanna. The bell chimed as the last homeroom period ended and the teacher, Mr. Kaneko, looked up from his notes.
