Bio: Loka is a young Elven woman that has lived a large portion of her life on the beach that The Lady On The Beach watches over. Loka was found one day washed ashore on those very sands atop some driftwood, presumably she was the survivor or a shipwreck but she was too young to remember any of it now. Saved by the angelic outsider, she now lives her life as the angels most devout follower. The pale complexion of her kin completely replaced by a sexy caramelization as she spends almost every day in the sun.

With the Angels limited following Loka would in fact be the only mortal that she is able to grant clerical abilities. Not for any inability to have many clerics but because the Angel saw fit to grant this elf all the divine power she had to spare on clerics. With this unfiltered divine aid, Loka has become a moderately formidable cleric.
