Elements and Minerals of Giana OOC

This topic is for the creation of the Elements and Minerals(Stone, Metals, etc.) that can be found in the world of Giana. Each Biome of Giana has a wide variety of them, with more being added by the Young god later, so new ideas are always welcome.

-Special effects the Element or Mineral can have on the environment or characters

To start off I need Elements or Minerals that can be found in the starting Biome, called Giana Meadows, that most member characters will find themselves in. It is a peaceful place with open fields, a few lakes and a verity of flora.(The map will get more areas added or changed as things are created)
