It’s a separate page. If you hit the three bars on the top right, the side menu will appear. After that, hit EcchiApps, then hit Roleplayer preferences. That should get you to the page to help you work on your lists.

Actually do read the terms of service. From what I understand the staff actually enforce them around here. xP
