BanditKing Posted April 15 Posted April 15 It took a long while for him to finally finish his work in the large room. He now had different stations for his different works: repair station, an idea factory, a work station, computer work, a crafting station for jewelry and other small items, a weapon work station, an organized collection of crafting materials, and few other stations for him to do his work. He then finally built himself a desk close to the entrance of the room. He then grab any paper he could find and writes on it. He places the note on the desk reading “The doctor is IN”. He gives a nod of approval at his own work then goes to begin work on his own hobbies until somebody calls for him or visits.
Harmony Frost Posted April 17 Posted April 17 (edited) In efforts to make her report to Captain Azure, Ivy had finally taken stock of the state of the hydroponic garden. Well, after a surprisingly fun, but brief detour in the med bay. She certainly felt…loose after that examination and hopefully her braless state wouldn’t cause too much trouble with the other crew. Sighing, the short, green haired doctor walked quickly towards Engineering, slightly sweaty and certainly distressed. After a few unsuccessful attempts at fixing the Climate Control System pod, an automated system that regulate temperature, humidity, and airflow within the garden to create the ideal growing environment—she feared she had done more harm than good. ”Lucky?! Lucky?! Please I need your help!” Ivy shouted exasperatedly. She looked quite disheveled at this point. Her usual silky curls were frizzing slightly and one wayward strap on her overalls drooped on her shoulder, revealing half of her nearly see-through and dangerously cropped t-shirt. And her frantic bouncing only increased the likelihood of a wardrobe malfunction. “Here, one of the climate pods are on the fritz. I had to move a few crops but that’s a temporary solution at best. Please tell me you can help.” Edited April 17 by Harmony Frost 1
BanditKing Posted April 17 Author Posted April 17 (edited) At the time she entered the room, music was playing and filling the whole room. The desk was vacant except for a music player currently reading “House of Memories” by Panic! At the Disco. She would hear Lucky singing to the lyrics while he was doing some welding high up in the ceiling of the room. He stops his singing when he hears Ivy in distress. He pulls a palm sized remote from his tool belt to pause the music then presses it again to lower himself to the ground. He makes a landing and lifts his mask, a white piece almost resembling a hockey mask with blue lights in place of the eyes. He looks down at her with his greenish blue eyes as he takes in the report. He observes Ivy in all of her lustful state yet says nothing about it given how worried she was right now. “Sure thing, Aloe Vera. Let’s go!” Not waiting for a word out of her, he flips the IN on his desk to OUT then he picks her up in his arms and carries her to the vent leading to Hydroponics. He looks to her once more. “Hope you don’t mind being crammed with me in tight spaces. This is a much faster way. Also put this on for your eyes. It goes fast.” He lends her his lucky goggles before fitting them both into the vent. It really was tight in the vent pod. They were practically squeezing against each other inside. His body was sweaty from his work and his scent filled the pod. He gives her time to get on the goggles and prepare before hitting the launch button. “Ready to ride?” Edited April 17 by BanditKing 1
Harmony Frost Posted April 17 Posted April 17 He did know her name was Ivy….right? She thought to herself mildly concerned but she figured it was another nickname. At least he had good taste in plants so far. Plus she was far too shocked and impressed by him picking her up like it was nothing. A vent? Oh, she didn’t know anyone actually used those things. They were so…..small. And that was saying something coming from her. Obediently she put on the goggles, gasping slightly when she realized just how tight of a fit traveling together in the vent would be. “Ready,” Dr. Bloom answered determinedly, placing her hands on his firm chest since there was really no where else to put them. When they landed in the garden she breathed a sigh of relief, and tried to begin to difficult task of peeling herself off of him. Her squirming didn’t seem to be helping much. 1
