BACKSTORY.

Shenhe's life both before and during the apocalypse was that of a martial arts instructor and exorcist. Due to events in her childhood she has no family remaining aside from her uncle and her nephew Chongyun.

PERSONALITY.

Due to her father attempting to sacrifice her to demons at a young age as an attempt to bring back his dead wife, Shenhe developed something akin to homicidal tendencies and believing herself a cursed child. She contains these murderous impulses by wrapping her body in blessed red rope that suppresses these dark urges, due to being raised primarily in isolation Shenhe is not entirely comfortable or familiar with normal interactions though she enjoys learning and teaching. She's a very smart and kind individual though it usually comes off as direct and even a bit cold at times.
