Founded by Kenneth Goldstone, a former supervillain by the name of Mr. Midas (before he was defeated by his more heroic brother Alan Goldstone). It is a sprawling metropolis of extremely large structures, advanced technology, and endless secrets. Known for its technological development, classic vibe, and beautiful displays its a popular place and despite the occasional machinations of mad scientists and mad politicians its a safe place. The dangers of this place lie more with greedy business, government organizations with no oversight, "classy" crime families, and mad science.

It does maintain a very pristine image although there is a poor area known as the "Lantern District" made up of poorer housing and more full of crime. Its fairly manageable if forgotten.

Its a good place to be.
