Kyonyuu Fantasy is a pretty good one, though the VN goes longer as the Hentai only got 2 episodes. Pretty good, especially if you're into very busty women.

I've watched much less ecchi anime than I probably should, given my interests... but some of my favorites are:

Nande Koko ni Sensei ga - The one that actually inspired me to write and roleplay ecchi stuff. If anyone wants a sample of what I like lewd-wise, this one is basically the textbook example!
Renai Flops - Got my interest mostly for similar reasons as the above, and the girls are adorable :3
Asa Made Jugyou Chu - The fact my icon comes from this one probably says something 'w'
Futoku no Guild - This is an interesting one. I'm not into monsterfucking at all, but this one managed to hold my attention with the girls themselves... AND its sort of humor which is just my kind of humor :3

Important to clarify that these are my "favorites" in terms of horny, not necessarily for their story or character writing! Asa Made Jugyou Chu, for example, completely stops pretending it has any sort of plot somewhere along the way, and the characters in Renai Flops just can't decide what is their personality. Even so, they're just my kind of absurd humor ecchi, so I end up having fun regardless 8D
