Character ID Opperates in 2 fasites. the first is Bio's a simple character sheet to displayy infomation thatt is more or less contextual or for a better word flavor text to better define your character subjectively. the other is called a   "C.I.D" which also stands for character I.D but its more  mechanical. this iss where stuff like your rewards, skills and other stats lie. this reason for this is that its just easier then just asking you to do it, risk you messing up and me correcting and waiting for you to get it right on all fronts. no offense

this is not for you to handle though, instead the admin/owner handles that, it will likely be placed in a seprate thread but this C.I.D  or "K.I.D or C.I.D" Card will be present on you to be referenced in story so you can refer to it if you need it for some reason. though its called a Card you can actually choose which form you want it to be repersented for that character. maybe its a document, a scroll, a stone tablet or a holographic screen being projected by a magic item. the only limit is that needs to stay in the realm of themes for the club being portrayed. in short if they're isn't a modern civilization then you can't just pull it up on a Iphone or so forth. now on to the actual sheet.
