Fin-Kosher - (City Capital)

a prominent capital city with a high femboy population. handled and ran by a mayor named, yes you've guessed it "Fin Kosher"
with the signing of certain rules, and regulations and even some holidays its turned the city into something closer to a sexual fiver dream, enabling and allowing casual sex in the open. many agree it was awkward at first but naturally got used to it as time went on, now people barely bat's an eye when it happens on the streets, at work or even in stores or even on forms of transportation. the caveat of this being it's harder to spot sexual crimes that might be happening out in the open. though many agree its more of a annoying inconvenience then a agonizing and traumatic experience with the victims usually being guys and all. beyond all this however the city doesn't differ much from any other
