This. Most businesses can't run off of just one person, so a business with multiple bosses or groups of people controlling is usually a better option. Could be Owner to keep the overall "Business" running, then a Floor Manager to make sure staff like bartenders, bouncers, singers/dancers(etc etc), keep their place.
