The Keza Corporation (Keza Corp) For Every Need. For Everyone. 6.1) Keza Corp OS It's coding is unlike anything ever seen before coded for technology only seen in Sci-Fi. Keza Corp OS the name of the "Foundation" operating system for all Keza Corp Technological products. The operating system is a direct collaboration with Hax Industries, to build the foundation of what becomes your computer's home. The unique style of hardware was something that was extremely unexpected to a lot of people. A completely different piece of technology that whilst somewhat resembled human designs, was extremely different of it. Unfortunately in 2010 there was no way to bridge it with any operating system created by anyone on Earth, however it's own was building up around the hardware. This kind of hostility towards other OS's exists even today with open ended systems, infact it's even more obvious today when you look at the Close Ended systems that can interface with other OS's. Of course this interface comes at a cost of decreased overall features because of much tighter security protocols. The advantages over all the other existing types of the Operating System and it's hardware; It has a more efficient file system which means a faster accessing of files, storage of large singular files, really long file names as well as long directory names. At first the file system was subject to a 10% degradation of performance after six months but a patch installed a new algorithm that corrected this. The File System is designed to be easily restructured or even updated with every Keza Corp update, you won't lose your files either. It's far more secure and reliable; Keza Corp devices enjoy a Hardware Firewall as well as the OS's inbuilt software firewall. Keza Corp takes it's customer's right to privacy and security very seriously and to that end their security system (whilst embedded deep in the OS) is distributed all across the OS like a proverbial net. Hidden so well under years of fine tuned coding. With VER technology you have more graphic options at your finger tips. If you're a designer, painter, CGI expert or VER expert depending on your hardware; you have access to a wide variety of options including projected live* 3D Image. *Not Alive. Keza Corp designed several versions of the GUI; that are installed on every single Keza Corp device with a GUI. If you're not good with Technology it switches to the easiest version; with very clear and different icons. A tutorial for most devices is built into the actual device. It out preforms everything else on Earth, including (for VER at least) super computers. This is because of the fundamental difference between Human and Keza technology. Keza Technology is far, far more efficient than Human Technology is. Despite the power consumption; you get more bang for your buck. Of course Keza Corp OS and it's hardware DOES also have negative side effects too; for example the technology and operating system is extremely expensive. Sure; you're getting more than your money's worth, but you have to remember that VERs consume a LOT of power (Per kilo-watt-hour). The power consumption problem is believed to be addressed over the course of 2014 to 2016. Typically speaking in 2012, 2013 and 2014, 28% of Keza Corp's running costs and extra expenses has been to train staff on specific pieces of technology rather than waiting for university students to complete Keza Corp OS and VER courses. Despite you getting more for your buck; some of the technology is quite expensive. Not only to buy but in some cases; to run too, VER's consume an astonishing amount of power. Typically speaking; in 2012-2014 28% of Keza Corp's running costs have been spent on training staff on specific pieces of technology to provide tech support but there are no general field experts (or very little) that Keza Corp hasn't already hired. That said Keza Corp has also spent money on the University to open a VER training suite available to all. Open-ended systems refuse to interface with other OS's, whilst there are work around for this on the on the Desktop PC/ Laptop version so it can at least access the internet became a possibility. The problem the corporation keeps telling everyone is security against corrupt governments and agencies "Like those cannot be named because of an gagging order." as well as the forever growing list of problems that often come with them. Other OS's can't understand Keza Corp OS either. Building on the foundation layer there's Keza Corp OS opens up a new world of possibilities, from every day users to developers and even graphics designers or even gamers! On top of these foundations is the house right for your device and for you. A "house" might be coding for: Smartphones Tablets Desktop PCs and Laptops Smart Tables CAI-Ball AI-Car And so on... Virtually all their technological goods. Codenames Various OS's had their own code names. Although UFF code names are significantly different than the others, they're "Ruder" and not suitable by people with sensitivity issues. Version 1.x.x: Unity | Wankathon Unity was named after the peace that ensued in the UFF; it was also called that because it unified all Keza Corp devices so they could better understand and work with each other with minimal effort. A computer noob can even tie in a load of Keza Corp OS systems seemlessly. Version 2.x.x: Twin Union | Twincest This was a much anticipated release that patched a lot of problems with Winblows32 and Win64 applications... It runs the code in a SVB (Secure Virtual Box) which hard networks the "Sandbox" making the application far more secure than on a Winblows computer. It will also run Mac and Linux code to a degree too, which allows the Online Games Distribution Network Storm by Vowel've [You know what company/software I mean] to run on capable Keza OS devices. It also patched a lot of rare bugs that were reported by people as well as several security enhancements, to keep your device locked out of the National Spying Association. Version 3.x.x: Trinity | Threesome This version is still in development and is a long way off from being completed. Controversy surrounding the National Spying Association:- The CEO was approached by a member of the National Spying Association in 2013. To which he firmly gave them a piece of his mind and threw them out of his office. This was recorded by his CCTV and uploaded to YewToob, as he told people his views on the National Spying Association and why he'd rather cut off his own limbs in the most painful way before allowing them access into his OS. Sure they've tried, but so far they've been unsuccessful. Keza Corp gained customers confidence when he made it public what Keza Corp's position on the National Spying Association was.

Keza Corp: Housing Estate Agents Turning Houses, into Homes. 11) Derelict Properties In the late 1940's and early 1950's there was a small town created outside Blackberry Falls; the purposes of this town was to house the people who worked in construction when much of Blackberry Falls City was under construction. However as the decades rolled on; better houses were built in the city and this town started emptying out in the late 90's and early 2000's. Now what remains is a town that was closed off and bricked up. In 2005; the town was sold to an individual on eAuctionBuy for £1.2-Million, who took one look at it and demanded a refund. In 2005 again it was sold for £700k and then the new owner committed suicide three weeks later, in 2006; his heirs sold it to some one else who couldn't even convince his family to help him sort the place out. Until in 2013; Keza Corp: HEA brought it from an individual for £250,000. Blackberry Falls City residents feel this town is a blight on their City, and in some respects Keza Corp agrees. However Keza Corp can see a lot of investment opportunities here; and with corporate contacts it's working out what to do with this small town. Unfortunately people in Blackberry Falls think it's another owner who will sit around with it and do "fuck all". In May 2013; Keza Corp: HEA attempted to hire some contractors to start dismantling however the UFF had practically hired everyone involved in the construction industry to build their city. Not wanting to be deterred, The Keza Corporation stepped in and brought over specialists in the field a Zeta'muluri Deconstruction Company. The main goal is to recycle everything that is recyclable and to disassemble the town piece by piece, by August the company had started to make small but excellent progress showing great attention to detail and focus. Unfortunately on August the 3rd 2013; in one of the bricked up houses several skeletons were discovered that clearly weren't skeletons before the houses were bricked up. Work was immediately stopped, in this area and Blackberry City Police Department were called immediately. The investigation is still on going; and when a second house was found to have a skeleton in it the city council ordered all the bricked up buildings to be opened up immediately. The Deconstruction Company worked along side British Police and opened up all the properties; and luckily found no more human, neko or kitsune skeletons, but they did find a load of dead birds in one of the properties and rats the size of dogs on another. Upon the destruction of the door, the rats came charging towards the British Police (Who were not armed) and the Zeta who knocked it down. A pole which sits next to the door holding up a small roof over the front porch was ripped out of the ground and used to beat these rats. Although nothing quite prepared both the Zeta or the Police for the hundreds of thousands of rats that suddenly came swarming out of the property. It took six Zeta's breathing fire to incinerate them all to stop Blackberry Falls City from being over run with rats. On the 16th August 2013; another house was broken into; this time they found a living 13 year old boy living there. The Neko had very little concept of any spoken language, and after sedation was taken to Keza Corp: Hospital. It was later found out that he had used a drain system a street over to gain access to the property, and he had lived off rats and animals for food and sustenance. As the water was still connected and working she had also taken to having drinks from the taps. There was blood splat marks across the walls where he had obviously picked up a rat, and threw it against a wall to kill it before eating it. It was later found out that this boy had run away from home when he was eight years old; his parents didn't even seem to notice or care, and that his name was Kaedan Xaar-Keza'maraki, the first Kay born in the Xaar-Clan. At this point the Keza Corporation stepped in again with the CEO asking "What the fuck is wrong with this fucking town?! It dark, dark, shithole. I mean seriously... What the actual fuck is going on here? The next time you guys want to buy a fucking dead town, it's a HELL no from me." He then said that "The Sin-Keza'maraki Clan doesn't tolerate children being left on their own and he'll personally bring the Xaar Clan to account as well as the parents of the boy." The Sin-Clan Keza's as well as the Mourning Star-Clan Keza's are actively blocking any attempt by the Xaar-Clan Keza's to have the boy sent to his parents on the grounds that his parents forfeited the right to have him when they abandoned him. Talivana Eldyrannth, the Prime Minster of the UFF has legally taken custody of the boy, which has been blessed by the Blackberry Falls Child Protective Services as well as the UFF's Council of Child Welfare this is the first time the two governments have wholly agreed on something. Tripp has agreed to financially sponsor Kaedan so he has access to food, medicine, clothing, education, a childhood and life. The Zeta's and the Police drew up guidelines for the opening up of these properties as each one seemed to have a different surprise every time. On August the 19th 2013; the Deconstruction Company found hundreds of thousands of pounds worth in Jewelry, Cash and Diamonds under a floor board in an empty house (One that was empty when the bricks were taken out) HEA was holding on to them until someone claims them; to which they've had over 10,000 claimants but not one could say what exactly was there, and thus not satisfied the return. That was until August 29th when it was revealed that it was an old Keza'maraki living there, who was a bit of a loner who died before his house could be sold before the closure of the town. Therefore it rightfully belonged to no one. Therefore HEA took it all, and made plans to repay his memory in the UFF, so that he wouldn't be forgotten. Even after this story broke shameless individuals still tried claiming it was there's, when clearly lying. In total there are 250 homes, 20 blocks of flats, 14 shops, 3 Petrol stations and 2 schools which are currently in the process of being dismantled, destroyed and processed for recycling. By August the 30th all houses had been broken into and there was no more drama where this was concerned. It's somewhat believed that this superstore closed down when the company when bust, it's also believe that this place has or had food still left in it, and from what a thermal camera probe can detect there is a LOT of movement inside. So much so that the screen that displayed the image of the camera wasn't a high enough resolution to accurately tell what's inside. Rather than take their chances, they went to Keza Corp and played it back on a HDTV to find the place was crawling with rodents, animals and humanoid "abominations". Because of the humanoid shapes the the company wasn't authorised to use a nerve gas grenade. Currently they're discussing the best way to deal with this. Learning from the lessons of the houses they're taking this very, very cautiously. In response to claims that Keza Corp was just another owner doing nothing; which Keza Corp could see coming a mile off, Keza Corp announced that it had been recording and editing with actual production cameras and such to film so they could upload them to YouToob. That there will be an episode for every month they've been working on it and the first one was coming out next week, and it'll be monthly. Tripp said "What I just said is being aired on the news to night and will feature in an Episode next week. It's free- No advertising, not even for Keza Corp products and it's very, very gruesome. We'll also have follow up about what happens to Kaedan; and how he gets on in the UFF. Hopefully it'll be something positive after this... Ordeal." Tripp has been known to go on site and work a little himself, and has been confirmed to do this without calling the press about it, and once again has proven he's not someone who sits around and orders people to do things he wouldn't do.

Keza Corp's Rented Property Rules and Responsibilities:- Keza Corp take great pride in the presentation and quality of their rented accommodation. If the place looks like a shit heap; it won't sell. So they re-decorate when tenants leave, and set the property right (and in some cases leave it a few weeks) before putting it back on the market. Gated Community Rules:- I don't actually know how a gated community works in real life; I live in a country where such a thing isn't common and reserved seemingly for the rich and famous. After reading up on the internet about Gated Communities I can safely say that there will be no HOA (Home Owners Association) that have any kind of authority over other residents. Maintenance is taken care by the communities maintenance team, of course this means that there is a mandatory cost of £1,000 a year. This pays for security, maintenance, and other community based things. The idea is eventually to scrap or lower drastically the need of such charges by 2020, which the manager is trying to accomplish. Typically speaking the manager of the Community will try and find ways of making money that doesn't come out of the residents pocket, and eventually they want to have surplus money so they can go on to make improvements to the community based on resident feedback. Companies, businesses and organisation's that are folded into the Keza Corporation are often protected legally by Keza Corp and even get access to certain tech/gadgets at break even prices, (which there is a limit to per year). Keza Corp also protect that company from going bankrupt, by offering free advice, which is designed to be molded into something the manager of that particular establishment. Organisations/Businesses/Companies/Corporatation leaders and representives are encouraged to come to their HQ and take part in monthly staff meetings so both sides can talk to each other to address problems, concerns and feedback as well as to realign targets if needs be, these are usually very relaxed and innovate meetings. Customer Service Care is second to none in the industry, they speak a wide variety of languages having call centers in all first world countries with people who speak their own language and/or dialect, this has been a very, very costly move by Keza Corp but it's proven to work. To work at Keza Corp HQ and other sensitive areas you need to have a background check (Within Legal Limits) and to sign a Non-Disclosure Form for corporate secrets. "A Leader, Leads. Fair Pay and Fair Work" Is the managements motto, in 2012 Tripp Keza'maraki was entitled to over £1.6 billion in bonuses from all the projects that they were working on being complete at a speedy time. This kind of looking out for your customers thing has not gone un-noticed. With Keza Corp leading with so many Satisfied Customers, world wide. Keza Corp don't talk about their customer satisfaction or how "Green" they are. They prefer to let the facts speak for them selves, which they do. Keza Corp are not shy about Advertising, and advertising other people/corporation even some that are in a sort of competition with. For example, to help pay for the Keza Corp hospital is a slightly more corporate area where people can buy certain things and medical supplies like first aid kits from the shop. The adverts consist of healthy eating food and drink, medical equipment, medical insurance, Keza Corp Medical News as well as a little widget that displays the current time and weather. They accept adverts from other company's and pharmaceutical companies but there is a corporate background check and it has to abide by the UFF/US and UK advertising regulations. Adverts for unhealthy things (Such as a McBurgertown's Mega Deluxe Fried Burger Donuts) will never be shown on Keza Corp Hospital Advertising as McBurgertown found out in March 2013 when Keza Corp denied their £10.5 million advertising deal for McBurgertown to advertise in their hospitals, publicly stating that it was stupid to even ask them, this was free advertising but what accompanied it in their public response was a parody "Ba da da ta-da... Cholesterol~." Keza Corp was sued by McBurgertown for this parody but it was dropped some two weeks later. Charity Events: Sometimes massive charity events are ran to add money to Keza Corp's total raised for charity to show that everyone is getting involved these are usually presented to charity in a large cheque on TV as being from sales of x promotional product, and staff in Keza Corp doing their own fundraising events to get money off other staff. They're completely open and honest with all charity work, braking down how much money came from where, and which charity it goes to and is found under their charity work page on their website. The Keza Corporation (Keza Corp) For Every Need. For Everyone. 3.8) Grow-dat-Herb Enterprises In 2007; Khori and Tripp were rivals in the cannabis industry. Representing Mako'demeri and Keza'maraki interests respectively they both held an equal market share in Blackberry Falls. 2008 was when competition heated up. Khori started improving on the transport and distribution but not on the quality of his product, Tripp on the other hand targeted the quality of the product as well as yield, spending a few years concocting the strongest types of weed and breeding them together. During this research Tripp discovered he could make various 'flavours' of his weed giving him differing strains that would stubly change throughout the year so it was different enough to feel like a new bud, but the same reliable foundation. Much like Keza Corp OS. This error in judgement on Khori's part showed up in the first quarter when 94% of his Blackberry Falls clients had switched to this new Keza Weed. Getting some himself to see what he was up against almost made him throw in the towel. His weed didn't even come close to the kind of quality this one was at. Eventually his investment and his expansion plans went dead too as in 2010 Keza weed started being shipped globally too, because of events at the Neko Resistance Mansion. Then Keza Corp came up and it was game over for Khori. Now poor and living off of money he could scrape by Khori was planning on a suicide mission to steal from Keza Corp knowing full well their crops would be guarded. Khori didn't even get out of his front door when his brother walked in with a Keza'maraki girlfriend who was 14 or 15 at the time. Then the Keza's offered a branch of peace to the Mako's. Which complicated matters. Eventually the Mako's and Keza's were finished with war and the Mako's were being hired by Keza Corp. Tripp pretty much asked him up front to run his Cannabis operation, which surprised Khori. This kind of second chance is what this company gives too. Khori accepted and hasn't looked back since. Eventually he even got himself a Keza girlfriend, Ivy whom he later married. Khori is so glad that he never went through with what he had planned and has also since told Tripp how close he came to a suicide mission. His girlfriend assisted him in picking the best possible plots to grow the Cannabis on, and it was pretty easy. The most fertile part was picked and they got to work setting up their operation. Unfortunately this was back when it was all manual seeding. Some of the weed plants never made it and yields were extremely low. The company then employed a research base over in Eureka 2.0 in a controlled lab to learn ways of industrial but controlled planting as well as pest control. They also hired some new staff; and in the spirit of the company's second chance policy they approached a gang in Blackberry Falls who had collectively decided to reform and were serious about getting jobs. They were brought to the UFF and told the scale of the job that they needed to do. They were also told that it paid pretty well and they'd appreciate it if nothing got stolen. A we'll trust you, but you have to trust us too. The gang were a little dubious at first, consisting of Humans, Kitsunes a Wolf and Horse anthro and a couple of Nekos all male, which is why Khori and Ivy were patient with them. It was rough at first and a lot of lessons had to be learnt the hard way but eventually they all began fitting in, during an off day (It's still paid, but you just sit around inside with a cold one (drink) and talk to each other and shit. It was discovered that each gang member had a horrific back story about family life and child hood. Something Khori and Ivy could actually both relate to. One of the guys said that they feel like they were all friends, and Khori admitted "It does feel like that. Probably because we kinda are." then one of them admitted that he felt like they were more friends because he found Ivy very sexually attractive and didn't see her as a boss. But he said he'd never do anything to Khori thinking he'd get jealous. His friends seemed a little awkward-ed by the statement and Khori just shrugged and replied "You do know all you needed to do was ask? We both swing most ways. So neither of us really mind." So yes. The managers engage in sex with employee's and they engage in sex with the managers. Unsurprisingly they love working here. Eventually these people found out that a leader leads by doing with them, much like their gang, and it felt like a good and honest gang, doing a good and honest job. Not one that terrorised and caused violence. Tripp was extremely impressed with their reformed attitudes and even responsibilities and suggested that they should be given access to live in the UFF, he didn't think this gang would ever reform and he was publicly glad to be wrong. So this group of workers now live in the UFF and work here, making an honest living for themselves. They find their work conditions to be about what you'd expect in the UFF. From day one of this deal the Kitsunetsuki Whore House profits soared as they showcased high end goods to their business range clients. Which in turn increased the Keza Corporation profits on high tech goods that needed to be cleared out a warehouse that was bugged with security problems this in turn started a string of controversies. The owner of the company and the CEO of Keza Corp enjoy a private (and again controversial) relationship; which the Grand Council (Of the UFF) themselves judged as completely lawful and quite frankly none of their business. The company was recently forced to stop trading as a Whore house, in reaction to a post-tax payment advert that was put on TV, taken down and put on YewToob. This worked anyway because Keza Corp had just signed a deal to swallow the company into it's Hotel and Resort's company, turning it into a hotel and resort for mid-range business clients. This would give it the name Kitsunetsuki - Keza Corp: Hotel and Resort. This page is still up because the Kitsunetsuki Whore House was Tripp's first Blackberry Falls investment, and it's the company he loves as he loves the owner. The old building has since been demolished as it was run down and falling apart.
